*STAFF BREAK JANUARY 11-16 // re-OPENING JANUARY 16 AT 3:00PM. Starling Lounge is an espresso bar and taproom brewery featuring house-made craft beer from Four Keys Brewing, located in downtown Blissfield. We feature direct-trade coffee and espresso from a local Toledo area roaster and organic teas from Ann Arbor. Some of our most popular drinks are our tea lattes – most notably the London Fog and Chai Latte. Other favorites include our Honey Lavender Latte, Cafe Miel and Americano. Stop in and lounge with a coffee or beer, or grab a coffee to go.

What a gem of a spot downtown Blissfield. My single origin drip coffee was absolutely perfect. Espresso drinks look professional and delicious as well! The atmosphere had a chill vibe and plenty of comfortable seating. I will for sure be back!

Can’t say enough good things about 4 Keys… an engaging ownership, friendly staff, amazing products, and overall great experience EVERYTIME. If you don’t enjoy craft beer, delicious food, and a positive experience… stay away, but everyone else will have a wonderful visit if it’s just for a pint, flight, or tasty snacks/food. It’s too bad more small businesses can’t curate such a positive environment for their guests.

Great place here in Blissfield if you are looking for a coffee or a brew . I started with a basic latte, one of the best I’ve had. My wife had a lemonade and that was very tasty. Had a Harvest Nightcap next, smooth and a hint of cocoa taste in it, very good. My son had the Alice beer and really enjoyed it, said it was very smooth and enjoyable. Check out the Starling Lounge and Four Keys brewery, lots of enticing options!

Went in for coffee and bagels. Second time in for breakfast. There was no food menu, so we had to guess at what we wanted, because the register person seemed less than interested in finding one for us. Eventually ordered the Mediterranean bagel and just one with cream cheese and cherry jam. Cream cheese and cherry jam one was fine, the Mediterranean came out and was nothing like what we had gotten before. We quickly realized that there was no balsamic vinegar on it. When we asked if they forgot it/was it supposed to come with it, the person that had made it, simply said, “we’re out of it”…like, huh??? Why wouldn’t you have said something to us about that before making it? Anyways, probably will just stick to coffee going forward, if at all…arghhhh

Starlight is a cozy coffee house with great coffee! I got the foam cold brew and it was literally perfect. The chocolate doughnut was also a delightful way to start my day! Looking forward to trying more on the menu.

This place ALWAYS delivers a high quality product! The owners are down to earth and incredibly friendly. The beer is always created with local, MICHIGAN, ingredients before any other state’s items are added. Some people will complain about the price, but if you understand the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, passed by Republicans and signed by Trump, this small mom and pop shop pays a 21% federal corporate tax rate….which is the same as Buffalo Wild Wings. Therefore, the prices are justified as the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act expires in 2025. If Trump is elected to be President, I’d expect these prices to rise to be able to compete with Buffalo Wild Wings.
Sorry to get political, but I like cheap beer and this is how we can keep prices where they are or make them lower.
