So unlike Johnny here, I went on a Wednesday for dinner and it was still popping but no wait. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. Don’t skip the Antipasto the olives, bread, cheese, all of it is incredible. We had the pepperoni and pepper pizza, Caesar salad, the antipasto platter and a Star bar! The Star bar was a Klondike bar on steroids, I love pistachios!! It was all just fresh, simple, and GOOD. It was a great bday dinner.

Pizza was so delicious. I got the potato leek and it did not disappoint! Others in the group got the Caesar salad and said it was the best and would come back just for that. Staff was friendly and checked on us, made sure we enjoyed our evening. Atmosphere. Food. Drinks. 10/10
We came on a Saturday night, was a little busy, was worried we wouldn’t get a table since you order first at the bar then find a seat. There are nooks of seating you don’t notice at first and some near the back. Luckily got the last 4 top and we were stoked.

There is a HUGE misunderstanding that this is a pizza place, this is NOT a pizza place it is a wine bar the makes pizza. They can only cook 4 pizzas at a time.
THEY HAVE NO PHONE LISTED, no way to contact for info, they don’t care about your convenience of time.
We would’ve gladly went somewhere else but since we read other reviews saying it is the best pizza around, we went in to order and had to wait an hour and half for a personal pizza.
Many postings about them having a wood burning pizza oven, but the truth is look at the pictures, it is a simple stainless steel electric oven.
They just turn off the ordering option on their website with no reason so you are compelled to go in, their website should let you know they can only make 4 pizzas at a time and they get backed up and cannot make more pizzas.
To be fair, the pizza was awesome and perfectly cooked and great tasting pizzas we had but not knowing how you are going to get it, IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET A PIZZA, because if they get backed up they pus put signs up outside that they are “sold out” without posting online.
I don’t like a 50/50 chance you may get to order a pizza.
If you are going for wine it may be a 5 Star but we just happen to be there for Pizza.

fantastic little wine and pizza place. Pizza was exceptional, high quality ingredients cooked perfectly. The wine selection offers exclusively organic wines which is excellent. The staff is friendly and prices reasonable. Do note that the prices you see on the wine bottles are for drinking it there(includes corkage) if you buy the wine to take home it’s significantly less money.

Good food, friendly staff, and atmosphere, but the lack of table service and having to wait in lines to order is a major drawback, especially at peak times. Sausage pizza was fantastic with its chili oil but surprisingly skimpy on the actual sausage, but the stracciatella was EPIC! No hard liqour, which is strange for the atmosphere which begs cocktails.

Starlas has such tasty pizza! They also have delicious salads and appetizers, and a nice selection of natural wines.Their menu changes with the seasons. It’s counter service, which I love. It’s a really sweet date night spot or a place to meet up with pals. I have found their service to be great and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The restaurant is super cute, nice lighting, good vibes. Just go! I suggest ordering an extra pizza to take home for a “snack” the next day.

Extremely well curated from the wine selection, to the ambiance, the music and of course the food. We loved it! Exactly the kind of date night or hang with your friends wine spot that Bellingham needs.
The staff is friendly but more importantly knowledgeable about wine so feel free to ask if you’re intimidated by the list and need help picking something out to drink.
Can’t wait to go back. Starla’s is excellent addition to the Bellingham Restaurant Scene.

This place is amazing. We came here for our anniversary dinner and the vibe was perfect. Cozy, great ambiance, lots of little nooks. It felt very European. They brought out a little candle once the sun set. Pizza was SO good. So was the Caesar salad—it comes with breadcrumb croutons and a cloud of Parmesan. Fun wine selection. Lots of great attention to detail in their decoration and service. My only wish would be to have a little dessert selection! Maybe a cannoli? Tiramisu? Or even just a pairing with a local dessert place?
