Stark’s features sustainable seafood, Certified Angus Beef® brand, Prime and Natural, in-house dry-aged beef, and American Kobe. Had dry aged ribeye steak, potato skin fondue, Brussels sprouts and beef prime ribs. Nice food, great service and cozy atmosphere overall. Recommend to order the food at the same time since it takes a while to got the main after your starters. We got already full before our steaks served.

I have to say that it’s been along time since we’ve had prime rib done so right as we had at Stark! Love the service by our lady bartender, the best dirty martini made to perfection. And we love the atmosphere and vibe of classic deco and contemporary music mixed. Prices are good during happy hour—though the portions are definitely on the tiny side. Still, it’s a fun spot with a lively atmosphere. Just a heads-up: the bar gets super busy starting around 4:30 PM, so plan ahead if you want a seat!

Delicious! This was my first time here. Megan recommended the burger for happy hour. She was right! Great service I was very well taken care of. I had the Lucy cocktail which rivaled my usual lemon drop… I will be back! loved it!

It was our first time dining at this restaurant, conveniently located near our hotel. We stopped by during happy hour, and the place had a clean, vibrant atmosphere that immediately stood out. It was fairly busy, which added to the lively energy. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a nice glass of wine to top it off. A great experience overall—we’re glad we gave it a try!

We love this place!! I would eat here every night if I could afford it. I always order the surf and turf and my husband orders the prime rib. I always make sure to have the bread with dill butter because it’s amazing! And don’t forget the mac and cheese with truffles…. To die for!

We stopped by for their weekday happy hour (3–6 PM) and were seriously impressed. The menu had a fantastic selection of bites and drinks at very reasonable prices. No wonder it’s been voted “Best in Sonoma County” year after year!

On the tip of a someone we were paired with at a golf course today, we took the wives out for a nice dinner at Stark’s Steak & Seafood. Parking was a little suspect, but we were able to find a spot around back which was a plus.
We didn’t have a reservation, but they were quick to accommodate us with a table we could grab in the bar area, which was fine with us. Service was great, food was outstanding. All in all, a terrific night.
