we recently had a baby shower here and the staff was so kind and wonderful and they even came in multiple times to check on us which I feel like you don’t get at a lot of places when you are hosting an event. The area was a big and it had its own access to the bathrooms, which was nice.

Stark Street Pizza was recommended to me when i first moved into the area 5 years ago by one of my coworkers. This place is now always a favorite place for us to go. They’ve got lots of great flavor combinations or you can make your own combination from their list of fresh ingredients. There’s frequently birthday parties going on as it is a pretty friendly place to bring a good sized group and the pizza is fabulous! They have plenty of tasty options on tap if you’re into that to help you wait (not too long!) for your fresh pizzas to be prepared. We keep coming back.

It’s the best pizza ANYWHERE. The crust recipe is the same as the original Pietro’s was in the 70’s before that chain changed ownership. They may be the only ones that still make that crust. The ingredients are fresh. The Garlic Lovers Vegetarian is awesome. You won’t miss the meat! Could cut down the cheese volume a bit. The interior decor is priceless. There are some vintage items on display that are probably quite valuable.

The pizza is great. The only thing keeping it from being 5 star is a zestier sauce. The staff could be a little friendlier. Overall a great place. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have.

Still Great pizza! Been away for a while but was so happy to bring home some of my favorite pizza! I’m not Great at describing why food is good but SSP reminds me of my other top pizza joint, Pietros, with it’s thinner crust style. Love the corn meal on the bottom. This pie just seems perfectly balanced from crust to toppings. Not overly sauced. Not clogged with too much cheese. Appreciate how mushrooms are still offered fresh or canned!

Stark st pizza co had an amazing salad bar! So many fresh options to choose from. That is what I just to get a few times a week when I worked in the area. Went there again after 5 years and it was perfect and a I remembered.
The pizza of course is awesome too! Been trying to eat better lately so had the salad but I be back and get the pizza.

I have always liked this place. It’s especially nice in the winter when they have the gas fireplace lit. The pizza is good as is the soup. However the salad bar is definitely my favorite here. After covid it is hard to find a salad bar anymore. They have some good arcade games here, such as MS Pac-Man. There is also a huge taxidermy bear to look out just inside the second set of doors. I see they still let people reserve the back room for birthday parties. Not sure what that might cost.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer questions and eager to please.
Plenty of parking and seating. It was good to see this place still thriving. The prices are reasonable and portions were good.

There are some things about Stark Street Pizza that’s is fun and nostalgic, the 70s pizza parlor vibe and the and the salad bar. It feels like being thrown back 50 years, but something about 70’s pizza parlors don’t make sense in 2024. The obtrusive pizza number being called every few minutes that disrupts conversation and for me, the enjoyment of dining out. The pizza crust is great, it tastes like freshly made dough, but check out the topping on ours, it was kind of silly how small the amount of toppings was. The salad bar was good, everything tasted fresh and there were lots of options. Not sure that I need to go back as it was just okay
