Almost always the same team and familiar faces — excellent customer service and great attention to detail. I’ll even drive extra time just to order here. The coffee tastes better compared to other locations — not over-burned like it sometimes is elsewhere. It shows that the coffee machines are cleaned carefully, and I really appreciate that.
Thank you!
To management: please fix the drive-thru scanner.
When they relay my order back to me to confirm it’s right, I get to the window and they hand me the drink with no visible editing on their label. This is a problem at all Starbucks locations, not just this one but this one has done it a few times, including handing me someone else’s order.
Inside it’s very loud but spacious which I like. The baristas are all talking to one another at a table or making a ton of noise behind the counter. I used to like coming inside to this Starbucks but after all the noise and constant business since they closed down the other two locations at crossroads mall, I gave up. I don’t come to this one anymore. Last time I came, I almost drove out of the drive thru line because lunch is only 35 and 15-21 minutes of waiting for coffee during their slow time, was awful.
Slow service and everyone inside seems to hate their jobs, no one has been smiling up until I stopped coming except for a nice gentleman who was my second to last visit. Drive thru I had a mix bag of responses. Most nice, some just flat out don’t even say hi. They instantly tell you your cost, scan you and hand you your drink. Serious. But the drinks taste fine for Starbucks standards which are much lower in the last half decade than prior.
Avoid this one, especially since it’s only accessible from one side of the street so you have to do a u-turn if you want to get to it. And getting out is a pain.
I’m up at Crossroads quite a lot anyway, so I definitely think this will be one of my favorite spots to have a beverage and read a book or work
The environment here is incredibly relaxing — the seating area is spacious, clean, and super comfortable whether you’re here to work, read, or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly, patient, and quick, which makes every visit feel welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer, and it’s consistently a great experience. I really appreciate the vibe and the team here.
He then remade the drink, but the iced version tasted strange — something was off, and I couldn’t even drink it. I ended up throwing it away after paying $8.50 for it. The worst part was that when he handed me the drink, he shut the window right in my face, which felt very disrespectful and unnecessary.
I’ve always liked Starbucks for its service and consistency, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so no other customer has to go through the same experience.
