Placed a mobile order today and it was ready super fast! Customer service at this Starbucks is always great! Inside is nice, clean, and presentable. They get the orders right and if you get it for here, you can get refills now! Also so happy the cream is out of customers to put in themselves. Not complaints!

We arrived and the cashier was very friendly, but the other two people weren’t friendly at all. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait for our coffees, since we had already been waiting a long time and there was hardly anyone else in the store, the response was, “I don’t know how long I’d have to wait for my coffee.” I don’t think that’s a good solution for customers who are frequent visitors to Starbucks stores. And on top of that, they were cleaning the beverage preparation area with detergent… very poor service.

the slowest and worst starbucks known to mankind. it’s the worst. i live in the area and have been coming for years sadly due to the fact there’s no other starbucks close. i’m officially done. i waited 42 mins today for 3 drinks and they were both wrong. they never offer drink carriers and i really needed one and she said they don’t have any. clearly the management is poor. i don’t even know why im bothering writing a review, they only respond with the same response. this location honestly needs to be shut down.

Stopped by this afternoon for some coffee and food for my family. It was busy as you would expect on a Saturday.
I am only leaving this review in the hope that you all will recognize your employee, Frankie. His hard work kept many people there waiting. Had he not being working so hard, many people would have asked for their money back. Not much would have been coming out. People do not mind waiting when they see someone trying hard.
I hope all the workers are not paid the same. One worker like that, will lift up the employees around them to work harder. I could see that. While not working as hard as Frankie, they were working harder because of him. Just an observation while I was waiting on the order.

Frankie and the rest of the team at this location are so wonderful! They provide the atmosphere of a small town coffee shop, albeit it’s a chain. Every morning when I walk in at least one person says, “good morning, Janelle!” and keeps me coming back! Thank y’all for always slinging perfect drinks with a smile, see ya tomorrow! Haha

Nice location. I’ve tried several new drinks at this location. I love the little strip that it’s in, it’s very cute and minimal because it’s not a crazy shopping strip nor an area with major parking.
My only complaint is they aren’t as fast as other locations I’ve visited. I usually order via the mobile app, but even ordering while in the drive they, I’ve had to wait at least five minutes.
Sure five minutes is definitely not something to complain about, but if I’m 15 minutes away, and my drink takes 5-8 minutes to make…I shouldn’t be waiting an extra 5 minutes once finally getting to the window.
Everyone is always super friendly and I’m glad that this location is close to home, and even walkable.

Unfortunately they are just not organized and quality controlling their order. 4 items ordered and everyone of them came out at a separate time over a 30 minute window. Dunkin Donuts is a better choice but we tried.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life! I’m not exaggerating. We literally were stuck in the drive-through for 30 minutes. It took forever for them to take our order and we were late to an event because the drive-through was so so so so slow send out higher more employees do something! ASAP.
