I’ve gone to this Starbucks for over 10 years. After management and the team changed a few times a few years back, the quality has tanked. No sitting room or bathrooms anymore and the food and drinks being made are wrong more than they are right.
The workers are nice and enjoyable but I can’t come back here anymore. It’s too expensive for everything to constantly be subpar.

I go to Starbucks daily and love it however I walked into this one and said “oh you don’t have a bathroom” like oh I forgot then stood at the counter for 2 minutes before one of the 4 employees took my order. After my espresso over ice with cold foam was ordered I stood waiting… for a while. When she was walking over with my coffee a lady walked in and asked for the decaf coffee she ordered online. The girl put my coffee down and started to get the other coffee.. I had to request someone hand me my coffee which she put just out of reach behind the machine. I get today I’m not the happiest but as someone who visits Starbucks daily I was irritated

We love the Starbucks Frappuccinos however, we stopped by for them and they were not as creamy and well blended and didn’t taste as good. They were more like a Granita, icy chunks. We were disappointed. Hope they do much better next time.

AM: Nearly instantaneous service! Staff was super friendly and had excellent attitudes. Inspiring atmosphere for studying; everyone looked like they were having a good time at work! Also, chai latte was pretty tasty.

Very small Starbucks, no indoor vibes, no restroom either. Ordered an Americano and it was very metallic. You’re better off going to the one inside the safeway.
