The last few times I have went through this Starbucks, my drinks does not taste right. The shots taste terrible and I like oat milk with my drinks but it does not taste like it was made with oat milk.
I’m very upset, because it seems like this Starbucks does not care about how they make their drinks.

A well maintained Starbucks. They were busy with the drive thru orders with hardly anyone inside ordering. Took about 5 minutes to get my order of Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with no ice. When I got it, it was preshakened with way too much sweet cream. A bit disappointing.

Starbucks is expensive as it is, and when I asked for light ice they put more ice. Then I asked for them to scoop out some of the ice and they started to dump out the ice, even though I asked for them to scoop some of it out. They don’t listen and are sloppy. Don’t waste your money here at all, it isn’t worth it.

I am in tricities from out of town and with all the stress I am already experiencing of not knowing where I am at, I do not need the stress from Starbucks not doing their jobs. My caramel macchiato with supposedly 4 shots of blonde coffee came out the same color as my vanilla bean which by the way was like milk. It was given to me like it had been sitting there for ten years rather than straight out of the blender. Our cookies were good though. However, I am still highly disappointed and will no longer be attending this terrible establishment.
