Barista just simply wasn’t very friendly. Could just tell she didn’t want to be there. By the time I got home (didn’t touch my coffee yet) realized most the foam in my latte disappeared there wasn’t a whole lot of coffee. :/ maybe I’ll try again a different day.

I am highly allergic to dairy protein and the barista accidentally made my latte with milk instead of the almond milk I requested and paid for. They were not busy. Barista seemed to be paying more attention to chatting it up with younger male customers.
The coffee is what it is. Starbucks. Some like it. Some don’t. I think Spokane has a lot better places to get coffee beverages.

Me and my wife have been to a couple of the Starbucks locations and none of them even come close for the quality of drinks and also just the quality that the employees kind of put into your time there. They’re so nice. The atmosphere is great 10 out of 10.

The girl working at the window was so sweet! Wish I got her name, but she had on a scarf and was so sweet! made for a stand out experience at Starbucks when it’s usually a quick in and out. Appreciate the great service!

I love this place. Staff is always so friendly. They have GREAT coffee and tea drinks, always pleased!!! Love that I can get travel mugs and cups here also. Food is good also. Love their muffins, egg bites, and the grilled cheese sandwich is the best!!! Highly recommend if you like coffee.
