While waiting for them to show up, I decided to get a coffee and banana bread. The service was wonderful and the location looked beautifully well kept and clean. I came here and did homework (they have free wifi and lots of outlets) and had a great experience. I accidentally ordered my chai tea latte without oat milk and when I realized, they were super accommodating and remade my drink for free! The staff was super friendly and quick at making everyone’s drinks. I feel like this wouldn’t be a good store to come to if you had a large group of people because the seating is designed for smaller groups.

I went to Starbucks today at 10 in the morning and my sandwiches looked great and then I come and grab my drink and it’s literally ice with a little bit of strawberry purée. the workers knew what they were doing because they were laughing and smiling, and they were focused on my drink while I walked out. No, I will not go back in there and get it fixed because they were making me feel very embarrassed and very uncomfortable.i tried to add a photo and it won’t allow me to upload it to my review

I’m feeling sad Starbucks in Spokane ran out of Sugar Plum Danish 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten an order in since. I had one in Los Angeles yesterday, and it is literally the BEST Danish I have ever tasted. Come on, Spokane Starbucks bring back Sugar plum Danish?
