Extremely disappointed and never going again. I always order an iced espresso with LIGHT. ICE. They always get it right. But not today. I watched the barista scoop a giant scoop of ice into my drink and then GET MORE ICE. There was so much ice my straw got marks and started bending when I was trying to mix it and salvage it. I payed $6 for just espresso and cold foam, no oat milk was added, the cup wasn’t lined before she added ice. No cinnamon, my order says EXTRA cinnamon. I will not be coming back unless this is resolved.

Always get my order right. Always incredibly friendly staff. Baristas are often unfairly expected by society and their industry to go beyond the scope of their job in order to make customers experiences “perfect”. I wonder if the people who complain on here put that much effort into their own occupation.
I’ve witnessed the staff at this Starbucks remember peoples regular orders and greet customers by their names, as well as remake drinks that aren’t 10/10. You really can’t ask for better than that.

every single time i go here the employees are so friendly and kind and accommodating, and it is really remarkable how they are able to brighten your day by treating you so kindly and as a person! my food is always delicious and timely and they have never once messed up my orders. absolutely nothing but love for this particular store and its fantastic employees! love yall!

This is my favorite Starbucks place, and the workers here are my absolute favorites. I study here every day, and the staff is simply the best. They consistently make the best drinks without any mistakes, even during rush hour. Plus, they’re incredibly talkative and bring a great energy to the place!

I’m very disappointed this morning. I went in to get a chai latte and some other goods, I know they were a little busy so I was very patient. I think what irks me the most is that this place never seems to get it right. My drink was completely watered down and didn’t taste good at all. It’s the reason I don’t go here is because its hit and miss. The staff was great and friendly but the watered down coffee this cold morning kinda sucks. Thankfully I used Christmas’s gift cards. Now I know why I never choose Starbucks

It’s not that I dislike this particular Starbucks, it’s that there’s absolutely nothing special about it at all. There is no outdoor ambience, instead, there is a freeway running behind the store. Ah, breathe deeply the noxious fumes. Outdoor seating is about on par with the average Starbucks. There is an Albertsons next door, a gas station out front and a Miller Paint in the parking lot. Get the idea? There is nothing to see. I figured that since there is nothing attractive outside, the inside must be very special.
The inside is very average. It is clean, with the typical Starbucks fare for sale. There is an average amount of seating available indoors, including some comfortable chairs by the door.
When I got to the counter, I ordered a Nitro. No go. I then ordered a regular coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. However, all the chocolate chip cookies were gone. A variety of the other snacks were gone as well. So I just bought the coffee. It was 4 PM.
I then went to the bar to put sugar and half-and-half in my coffee. There was no half-and-half. I asked one of the two working employees if there was any half-and-half and she told me that she would bring it out momentarily. But first she had to finish the two orders she was working on. Meanwhile, my coffee was getting cold. After about three or four minutes, she brought out the half-and-half. She then told me to make sure to give it back to her when I was done because they don’t leave it out in the afternoon. Weird.
Anyway, I enjoyed my coffee. But I don’t recommend this Starbucks for hanging out. There are barely even any plug-ins for computers!
I would recommend coming to this Starbucks if it is convenient for you and you really need some caffeine. Otherwise there are much more exciting Starbucks destinations in the area.

Weather you’ve working on your laptop or here to catch up with friends this is the perfect Starbucks. There is plenty of seating indoor and some outside. All the baristas who work here are the best.
