I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Woodland, Washington. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. I was thrilled to see the cream and milk kettles back out for self-service—such a nice touch and a return to normalcy after COVID! The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus.
Overall, it’s a well-run location that I’d happily visit again. Great job, Woodland team!

What a lovely staff ! I love my Starbucks cold brews and today tried the Oleato and it was so tasty . The baristas are so quick and polite too. Definitely a great pit stop for you and the fam!

Worst employees I’ve ever had the disadvantage to speak to. “With the highway there is cant hear you” as im screaming at the box. Then says “no we dont have apple drink what are you talking about?” THEN SAYS “WAIT WE HAVE APPLE CRISP” Thats obviously what I meant. Then I asked if I could take the coffee out of it and she goes back to pretending to be deaf. Then she says “you gotta go theres another car behind you” first off im the customer rightnow so you could take my order first. Second off there wasn’t even a car behind me. Im gonna stick to getting my drinks at Dutch bros, they would never. And they have people outside to take orders of there is a highway there making it impossible to hear people even if they are screaming.

We were looking for your breakfast blend in whole bean. My wife asked the lady at drive thru if they carried. She seemed a little put out that we were interrupting her and then told us that Starbucks doesn’t make a breakfast blend, and that if we were looking for a generic, that Pikes Place was their generic. Wow! Our first time in ,and our last. Work on that attitude.

Went through drive-through. Ordered black ice tea with two pumps classic. I got black iced tea with lemonade. I sent it back. Drive-through person acknowledged. It was an error was kind. I got it back. All syrup went into the store to get corrected service person less than friendly remade. The drink gave me iced coffee with lemonade. Didn’t feel like going back in again.

Terrible attitude from girl preparing drinks on 8/3/25. Spent a lot of money on a large order of food and drinks. Won’t be coming back. Go to another location or make your own coffee at home for much cheaper and better quality.
