I come here all the time & usually have great experiences. The drinks always taste good & people are usually really nice but today i found a piece of plastic in my drink that i would say is pretty significant considering the size of it and the obvious choking hazard… Didn’t want to give a bad review because this one instance doesn’t encapsulate my overall experience coming here but it definitely should be brought up in hopes it doesn’t happen to someone else!

Fast and friendly customer service! The atmosphere can get a little hectic at times, but that’s only because they’re busy and in demand—which says a lot. I’m here on business, and I’ve seen people coming in to do schoolwork, and even other businesses meeting with their clients. So, just a heads-up: seating can be limited during peak hours.

That said, the staff here is phenomenal. As a former barista, Starbucks partner, store manager, and district manager back in South Carolina, I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into this job. Keep doing what you do, and remember—love the job not just for the paycheck, but because you care about the people you serve. That’s what really matters. And don’t forget to smile—it makes all the difference!

Janel in the mornings has an amazing attitude and makes great drink recommendations so I can branch out and try new things. Only reason this one doesn’t get five stars?the Internet is really slow here.

I came in to use WiFi to download like four episodes of The Chosen and some updates. My mocha was gone and I’d only gotten the updates and one episode. So I decided to go somewhere else to finish downloading the episodes.

To be fair? This place also opened late last Christmas. Which was disappointing as well

In a functioning society, asking for a cup of water along your way is a perfectly accepted, basic human interaction. It is the bare minimum courtesy we extend to one another. However, it is ill-advised in this region.

​We are all spending a fortune and working exhausting hours just to hand our earnings over to landlords, yet we can’t even step out into our own community to be well without facing suspicion or hostility. When I entered here, I wasn’t looking for a handout; I was looking for basic dignity. Instead, I was met with a rigid enforcement of arbitrary rules that treats neighbors like liabilities.

​The social contract needs a heavy restoration procedure. Until then, this establishment contributes to a miserable climate where paying customers are treated like trespassers the moment they need something simple. It is suffering no matter where you go.

Kicked out of Starbucks by manager on a power trip: Came in a week ago to take an urgent business zoom call and was quickly reminded by the manager to make a purchase. I explained that I could not leave the call and that I would buy something right after my call. Not too long after I was asked to leave. I asked the manager if she could use my card to buy something (Since I can’t leave the call) she said no! I understand the policy about making a purchase but I just needed a few more minutes. Not a polite way to treat guests especially when the store is empty:/ no wonder Starbucks are closing down stores due to poor sales. Me and my family will not be buying any Starbucks products anymore.

Staff is great, always friendly and know their drinks. As a regular I feel seen and known. That being said, I hope this store is providing enough staff for their customer demand. You can have the friendliest staff in the world and it won’t matter if you overwork them! Focus on taking good care of your team first and a happy team will make happy customers. 🙂
