Every year for red cup day I’d order my drink on the app, I would go in to pick up my drink and the cup would be sitting beside it. Not today, I did not find the cup as I normally do. I asked if they had them, the first response was “is that your drink?” The second was “what did you order?” The guy made my peppermint mocha and didn’t know what he made. After coming out of my dental appointment, I wanted to use the restroom in this Starbucks and the man behind the counter asked me when I asked him for the code, are you planning on making a purchase?

A true 5 star starbucks experience nice staff and food quality was excellent the place was well taken care of and very peaceful to sit at for hours on end anyway bye for now.

This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff are amazing! They get your order right every time and don’t treat you like your drink is an inconvenience or too high maintenance as some do. They really boogie and work at a fast pace when they get busy, and it seems like they truly love their job. You can just tell the morale is high and the vibe is upbeat and positive. The only downside, (if any) is that they don’t have a drive thru at this location and parking is sometimes limited. This is a really busy shopping plaza that includes several shops and restaurants. Therefore, the parking situation can sometimes mean you might have a very short walk. If you are going to meet up and get coffee with a friend inside, it’s a great location! Overall, 5 because customer service is a huge influence to me as well as a great vibe.

Went in today for a coffee, and I ordered decaf because I have a severe caffeine sensitivity. I was clearly given caffeine because I spent most of today jittery, dizzy, and twitchy. The coffee was delicious but please be sure to use decaf when asked, some people need it because they can’t handle the caffeine. I guess that’s what I get for trying to enjoy a coffee from a shop, I’ll have to keep making it at home from now on.
