Slow service (even with 5 staff and not many customers). Took order for two drinks and then incorrectly made one of them (swapped with another customer) even though the label was correct. The incorrect drink was not even hot- it was lukewarm. They did remake the correct drink, but didn’t offer comping the drink.

My milk was curdled in my coffee 2x. Instead of investigating why my drink was odd they gave me my money back and made me bring the coffee to my work. My “foam” was the consistency of thin cheese. Absolutely sick bro.

Always super friendly and quick, drinks are always on point. Love this location! My current fav is a strawberry cream frappe with extra strawberry in the cup and sub the milk for non dairy sweet cream, it’s the best! They make it super pretty too.

Met a friend here for coffee and there was plenty of places to sit and chat. Parking wasn’t the greatest since the drive-thru line blocks when you want to leave. Othe than that it’s a typical Starbucks.

We travel 6 times a year from Eugene to Seattle and always stop at the Starbucks in Kelso. We’ve been noticing the quality/taste of our Chia Tea and Mocha Coffee going downhill dramatically, and finally we’ve had to give up Starbucks completely as it just doesn’t taste like anything. We’ve tried explaining what we like but we kept getting the same bland drinks. We are not complicated people.
