Stopped by the Starbucks at Interstate 5 & Rush Road in Napavine on our way to Seattle and had such a great experience. We were greeted right away by a very friendly lady who was clearly busy working on an order, but still took the time to acknowledge us. She took our order within a couple of minutes and kept up a warm, genuine conversation the whole time she was preparing it.
It was such a refreshing change from our usual Starbucks experiences — it didn’t feel like we were waiting at all, and before we knew it, we had our drinks and were back on the road. It would be nice if every Starbucks felt like this one.

The Starbucks at the I-5 and Rush Road is absolutely the best I’ve been to (and I’ve been to alot) – they go above and beyond.
Now for a little negative input – I am not available coffee drinker but Chai Tea is my drink. They have changed the chai and it is horrible. There is no flavor to it anymore. Its like drinking warm milk. There is no spice to it anymore. PLEASE bring back the original Chai!!

I always stop here to get a coffee and sandwich on my way home from work. The service is always fast and friendly but the bacon, gouda egg sandwich has changed. The quality of the bacon is terrible and the texture of the egg has changed. I am sure it comes pre-made so each store can’t fix it but the company needs to fix it. It tasted so bad, I threw it away and I usually eat these all the time. I will still get coffee but no more breakfast. Please pass on to headquarters!

The service at this Starbucks is beyond compare. I arrived late (a few minutes after closing) after a long day of work and was traveling through town and they happily told me they would make a drink and sell me snacks. Ava, Lu, and Hope are a testament that amazing service and good people exist!

Drive thru is easy access to freeway. Friendly staff, very busy location with fast service. Both custom drinks were perfect and hot! Two all gender separate private restrooms. Many retail items like cups, thermos, bean and ground coffee, hour and prepackaged foods in this spacious location. Free gardening coffee grounds next to inside pick up area, see photo. Great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I went to order a coffee after 9pm and was told they only serve through the drive-thru. As a truck driver, I had already parked my truck and trailer in the lot, which makes it impossible to go through the drive-thru. I explained my situation politely and asked if they could make an exception, but the staff refused to serve me.
This left me with no option, despite being a paying customer who simply wanted a coffee. I feel this is unfair treatment, especially for drivers like me who cannot take large trucks through a drive-thru. Starbucks is known for customer care, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I hope the company can review this policy or train staff to handle such situations more reasonably.
