Not sure what is going on with this Starbucks but it seems they are always understaffed, not fully trained and spend too much time talking amongst each other rather than the guest. There’s no sense of urgency to get the drive thru line down quickly, the employee wanted to make my drink their way rather than the way I always get mine, and the way I like! Not impressed and I hope leadership is available to oversee their store and fix the issues before they become bigger. Not impressed.

Went in to order an earl grey tea Tuesday January 20. I stood and waited around for maybe 5 minutes or so and the lady finally said “oh I’m allergic to lavender so I can’t make your tea.” I waited another few minutes and another employee quickly prepared the grande earl grey tea. He only put one bag of tea in it even though it was a grande size. Horrible service. I didn’t get an apology or anything.

I support local stands but my daughter wanted a holiday drink from Starbucks. I walk in and no one says anything. I had to start conversation by asking how the dudes day was. The girl who handed me my drink was very short in conversation as well. What happened to customer service? Maybe some better training is needed? I will continue to support the local stands. Starbucks, you need some work.

When did Starbucks change their policy about free water? It had to have been less than 6 months, as I would get one every single day after work in the summer. Since when did anybody deny somebody water without a purchase?
Besides the new policy the server was extremely rude about it. “Um ya if you purchase something.”

The lady refused to fill my water bottle without purchase. I had gotten coffee in Silverdale and forgot to fill my bottle so I stopped here. Great job Starbucks for pushing customers away!

I only went here because all of the coffee huts nearby were closed already. They were out of the sugar cookie latte syrup so I ordered iced white chocolate mochas instead, after waiting an excessive amount of time as the only person in line they tried to hand me 2 hot coffees so I had to wait even longer to get my order. Not to mention it was over $11 for 2 small coffees.

I was stupid enough to go to this location twice. Both times the service was rude and the coffee was not drinkable. Unfortunately I was at the drive-through and wasn’t able to return the product. Do not waste your money. They don’t even know how to make a simple vanilla latte.

I ordered for the first time here, they made my Matcha so wrong. It’s like 80% milk, forgot my strawberry foam on top and had to wait for it for like 30mins. Horrible service and our drinks were definitely made wrong.

Starbucks stores are all pretty much the same. You know what to expect, and they’re pretty good at delivering. I was very pleased with the service element of this particular experience because the barista at the cash register went above and beyond to locate a bandaid for our youngest (who had skinned her knee at the park a little while before). Thank you so much! It’s the little things that make for a great interaction.
