Every time I get coffee from this location, instead of having to taste coffee, it is like I’m drinking milk. No coffee whatsoever. They put a little whip cream and said that they put a little caramel on top to try and balance it out. What?? This is the worst location I’ve gotten coffee from. It’s BS.

This Starbucks is the best! I will stop by before work and they often put smiley faces, nice messages, or stickers on my coffee cup. It makes my day. It’s the little things that really make a difference. I really appreciate the effort of the employees. They’ve also always been kind at the window. Thank you Lacey Starbucks for making my days brighter. It means a lot. ❤️

this is a relatively new store. They have really nice blinds to protect you from the sun, but they are full of dust and look really crappy like they don’t even give a crap. I asked for a brownie not heated up and they did it anyway, but they did give me a replacement for the coffee is good as usual but they really need to work on those blinds

This Starbucks location is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a consistently friendly and attentive staff. While it doesn’t have a drive-thru and isn’t as large as some of the bigger stores, it’s still a fantastic place that I highly recommend. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service make it a great spot to visit.

For the price of coffee here, you’d think that they’d be more respectful to their own neighborhood and spend some money on cutting the grass. This makes the area look so trashy!

I was feeling dizzy and needed to take my medication, so I went through the drive thru to ask for water. I was told they couldn’t give me water without a purchase. I’m not sure if this is standard policy, but it didn’t feel right, especially since I’ve received water at another Starbucks location at least once. I ended up getting a dessert item lol

The staff has always been so friendly and kind whenever I go. Dani and Audrey (I hope the spelling is right) are so sweet. They were out of green tea and she was so apologetic but I understand that things happen, and it wasn’t her fault. Me and my mom frequent this location and will continue doing so.
