Whomever the gentleman was working the mobile orders today 10/26/25 at about 4:10pm, my husband and I just want to say how AMAZING our drinks were!! My drink order is pretty simple, but you’d surprised at how different they come out at different locations! The perfect coffee milk ratio! I love this Starbucks, every time I go, the staff is really friendly and always on top of their game. Colin in particular is amazing! I told them I was on my way to school and they put a sweet encouraging message on my cup 🙂 I didn’t get the name of the person who made my drink but it was delicious! I wish I lived closer I would be here a lot more!

I can’t say enough great things about this Starbucks location! I recently moved to the area and started a new job, and this spot has become my morning go-to. The baristas are incredibly friendly and always remember my order, and my name! It’s not just one person, the entire culture of this location is this way, with each and every employee delivering the same level of warmth and attention. That’s just not the norm, and it makes such a difference. The service is super quick, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they’ve made my transition to a new routine so much easier. I’ve always been an avid Starbucks enthusiast for the convenience but wow, this location has changed the game and my expectation for what’s possible from a business overall. NO DRIVE THRU.
Which I like as a option for the area. Interior is modern and sleek. Since there is no drive thru the staff greets everyone and seem to enjoy focusing on just the lobby.
It’s hard to distinguish a 5 star Starbucks restaurant and Cafe with a 4 star store. Starbucks is so synonymous with our everyday lives I’m not sure I can ever give them a 5 star review.
The bathroom has a pass code you have to ask for and there is a reach in cooler as you walk in. Handicap access is on the East side of the building (door towards hipkins). The entrance on Steilacoom has a couple steps to get into it.
Often see people enjoying conversation outside during the year whenever the weather allows. If it rains the outside tables do have umbrellas.

App said “order in person,” so I drove over… only to meet a paper sign on the door saying they’re closed. Thanks for the field trip, Starbucks. On my way out, I watched another hopeful caffeine addict pull in, only to join the disappointment club. For a mega-company, you’d think the app could manage a little “we’re closed” update. Hope they fix it before we all end up forming a support group in the parking lot.

I started coming here because it’s closer to the gym I where workout. But I found myself coming here even on my non-gym days because the service and atmosphere is that great! I haven’t had one bad experience or been disappointed. Every visit, I am genuinely greeted and served right away. They’re always stocked with breakfast items that are sometimes not available at other Starbucks I visit. I especially like the support they provide to deployed troops at the local base through a displayed donation stand in the store. This coffee shop is definitely at the top of my list!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this Starbucks, all thanks to Nia! From the moment I walked in, she greets my daughter Charlotte and I with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She handled my order flawlessly, ensuring every detail was just right. Her professionalism, speed, and kindness truly set her apart. My daughter only wants to buy drinks from her. You can tell she cares about both the quality of the drinks and the customers she serves. If you go to Starbucks regularly, use their app and take your own cup. I have earned a lot of free lattes by consistently taking my own cup, using their app and taking advantage of their promotions.
Bonus tip, if you are buying more than one drink (bring your own cup for each drink), have them ring each drink separately. You’ll earn cup bonus points for each drink. If they run one transaction for all the drinks, you will only get cup points for one drink.
