I always order the same at Starbucks “iced caramel macchiato”. Please look at the picture and tell me if this looks like it? The barista was trying hard to convince me that this is an iced caramel macchiato. This is not what I ordered. I told her that. She said it is and didn’t offer to make me the right drink. For the sake of not arguing I left. Never coming back to this location.

I figured I ought to leave a review since I’ve been coming here for the past five years on a semi regular basis. It’s one of the only places in town with affordable vegetarian options. But food aside, drinks are made well.
This place is a real gem in town with the nicest and warmest baristas. They remember me, even though I’m not there very often, and they wonder where I’ve been when I don’t show up for some time. Making custom drinks is not so daunting, either. Certain options are not available in the app, but I’ve been bold enough to ask at the store, and it’s never felt awkward… in fact it’s led to some fun interactions with the baristas.
I always look forward to getting a treat at this Starbucks. They put a smile on my face, are genuine about it, and make their menu items at high quality.
This review is for takeout, but I have dined in a few times, which I haven’t found as comfortable as other coffee shop options in the area. That’s not really their fault, more of an executive strategy that deliberately aimed to make Starbucks unfriendly to the third space laptop working contingent over the past ten years. Maybe that will revert one day.

Out of all the Starbucks’ locations I’ve been to over the years, this is the only one that their team is genuinely going above and beyond. While I sit on the bar stool and mind my own business working, their team members (Isaac) come over to ask if I needed anything, just like in a restaurant. Isaac, but he’s not only doing it to me but to all the people who are sitting indoors. Kudos to him and the team. Starbucks is Starbucks but yeah, this place, merits a shoutout. No fluff.

The people working there have no idea what they’re doing I’ve been here countless times and each time the drink comes out completely wrong. I’m sick of spending 7 plus dollars for a drink that’s NEVER RIGHT no matter what you order. Tip for you all is to slow down and put a little more effort into ur jobs because it’s ridiculous.

Sandwich was barely warm with one tiny piece of pathetic bacon. Not like Double Bacon Gouda sandwiches at other Starbucks. Drinks were okay but again were lacking something The person at the drive thru window was very nice and cheerful

Absolutely incredible staff. Made me feel welcome. Added some extra bacon they had on to my grilled cheese. Give this staff a raise, a vacation, a pizza party or something, they clearly deserve it!!!!

Great customer service-The workers went beyond the bare minimum to make sure my family and I had a great experience and everything was so delicious! (One guy specifically helped me get a coupon on the Starbucks app since it was my birthday it was so very sweet )

Could be better. They often load your iced drink with ice right up to the top. Today I tried the new iced chocolate almond espresso in a tall. Paid nearly $5. Got 5 sips of coffee out of the deal, because the whole thing was ice. I brought my ice cup in to the store to call attention to it (friendly, not accusatory, hoping they’d offer to top me off or ‘make it right’ like their sign used to say), but they got defensive. “It’s supposed to be like that. It’s not a latte.” It’s supposed to be about a dollar per sip? That seems wrong. I’ll avoid getting iced drinks here. (The picture was taken a good 10 minutes after, so the ice had already gone down, but it was totally packed from reception. Live and learn.)

We visit Starbucks coffee shops all over the world, but the one in Sequim (by Home Depot) is our top location!
Sierra is our favorite “barista”!!!
She pays attention when we setup our chairs in front of the store and when we enter, our special coffee selection in beautiful “ceramic cups” is waiting for us!!!
When we enter the store the “crew” always shares a few words and a “smile” with us!!!
This is an amazing place which we like to visit when ever we can.
