Watching your employees yell accross the store to argue with a customer over foam instead of walking over to the guest and discussed the situation. Very unprofessional.
On top of that the cashier taking our order, was very unhappy to be at work, and is consistently taking it out on the guest. I was getting my hair done at the Ulta, my hair dresser and I walked over to get coffee and she told me ahead of time, I’m sorry for the way your about to be treated, this gal working is not very nice at all to the guest. And I could not believe the way she did treat us- I will never be buying coffee from Starbucks inside of the Puyallup Target.
When my hair dresser warns me, and then to witness it first hand, I was shocked and I was baffled that Starbucks allows their employees to be constantly allowed to be this way to the guest. Unacceptable.

The employee prefers to talk to friends instead of working, even tho there was a lot of people waiting on their orders. When we finally got our drinks, it was half foam and half drink whyyyyy? Love starbucks, not that kind of workers.

Allowing people to grab 2 of each seasonal cup isn’t very fair. I guess it’s kinda on me for not realizing how crazy these cup collector ladies get. Was just there for one cup to get my mom for Christmas but by the time the swarm that had flown by me cleared out all the ones I was aiming for were in the arms of people trying to hold 10 cups of the same 5 styles

The coffee flavor was good.
BUT, I had requested extra Hot, when tasted…was luke warm.
Would have taken it back, but had already drove off.
Taught myself a lesson, will taste before leaving the counter.

I’ve been going to Starbucks for years. I normally order 2 different drinks off there menu on a regular basis. Either a white chocolate mocha or a Carmel Macchiato. The last 2 times I have ordered a venti Carmel Macchiato at 2 different Puyallup WA locations…. They sucked!!! Tasted like warm milk… That’s it. Unless they changed there recipe or all there people are new and don’t know how to make the coffees. I don’t want to pay that high price for a coffee that’s doesn’t taste anything like it should or bland warm milk. Sorry I’ve always loved Starbucks but lately it’s like not worth coming to your stores. Your coffee right now is a 2 thumbs down for me
