Should be ZERO STARS!!! My wife bought a drink at a Starbucks and about 30 minutes later she needed to use the bathroom and decided to go inside of a Starbucks. However, the manager (female with a nose ring) of the Starbucks would not give her the code to the bathroom unless she bought ANOTHER drink. She still had the drink she had just bought in her hand and tried to explain it to the manager, but the manager refused to give the code. It was INSANE! The manager at this location should be fired immediately! Absolutely ridiculous! 0⭐️s

They made my drink wrong.
Complimentary Gave me the wrong drink for free then came back to the window asked for the wrong drink back and used it to make the correct drink?? why do you give me it then take it back dumb policy Starbucks has. Just make sure you don’t give the drink and then ask for it back just makes you look bad. Lol

I’m not sure who did this but it was so dang sweet! I was so worried when switching job locations that I wouldn’t find a good coffee shop near my work. I am so pleasantly surprised that I found this Starbucks and that every single person that works in this location is the most genuinely sweet person ever. I’ve never had a bad food item. I’ve never had a bad coffee. Everything is always been fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.

What’s the point of doing a mobile order with the set time of 3-6min when it’s going to take 15min in line for only 2 cars ahead of you and an empty parking lot.
I get it. You’re human making drinks. I too was a barista for 8 years in an actual stand where I didn’t have machines doing all the work for me and actually got things out in a timely manner. This location ain’t it if you want fast friendly service.

I usually mobile order at this Starbucks once a week for my daughter and I. Usually I have no bad experiences however, I usually don’t feel welcome and I feel like they prioritize there conversations with each other more than with customers. Today I had mobile ordered and waited more than 10 minutes for a butter croissant. I get it, they were backed up on food but they mainly prioritized the drive through. No one acknowledged me or made eye contact as I’m standing there waiting. People had ordered after me in the lobby and got their food before me. As a former partner I see and know a lot and today was not a good experience for us.. I time things very well and my daughter was late for school. Please work on making people feel more welcome and acknowledged. As well as paying attention to people’s orders and times.. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for my order to be completed when I mobile ordered more than 5 minutes in advance! Ps.. my sage danish was cold for coming out the oven a couple minutes prior to my butter croissant. I feel like I waisted my $25.

Ordered a nitro cold brew. Menu say $4.75 when I ordered I was charged $6.35. When asked what was the difference. They told me those prices are old and we don’t control it. If you display a price you should honor the price shown.

This location is on my way in to work so I often go through the drive thru to pick up my mobile orders. I’ve been coming here well over 7 years, I’ve never had any issues and everyone has always been kind. That’s to be expected, right?
Well, this past week I’ve had the pleasure of Hailee taking care of me twice at the drive thru window. She’s a little ray of sunshine! The absolute BEST!! While waiting for my order she was chatting me up like we were old friends with a sincerity that you could feel. I work in the service industry and Hailee’s service is the kind that inspires you to make someone’s day a little better with simple acts of kindness. Her customer service, and positive energy are effortless and definitely contagious.
