This has been an issue at most locations. I visit this location several times every week. Pretty expensive for a coffee, should be made to order… Simple easy wins and kind of a basic job duty. No foam, it’s on the label, not hard to spoon off the foam, but almost every day it has foam. Starbucks should care more about the quality of the product then the “time clock” on the drive through. I’d rather wait extra time to have it made correctly.

So disheartening to be treated so poorly over asking for a water. I was working with a youth who was asking for water so I offered the nearest Starbucks as I’ve never been denied a water, ever. The barista was pretty snarky and said I had to pay for a menu item if I wanted a water. I declined and offered to just pay for the cup of water. When I got to the window they charged me over $3 for a bottle of water. When I asked if I could just pay for a cup (like an extra cup charge and just have them put some ice water in the cup) they defined insisted that I had to buy the bottle of water, but then still offered me a cup of ice after I paid for the bottle of water. Like what?! Are we actually treating loyal customers this way over a cup of ice water that I offered to pay for? Is this how to be kind in the world these days? We don’t know what people are going through so why not be kind and make things easier, especially when it comes to our youth. The water was for a child and I told them that. A child! It’s not about money, it’s about the way I was treated. Those baristas should be ashamed of themselves. I worked in coffee and for Starbucks for years and would never make someone feel so uncomfortable over asking for a cup of water.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered a pecan crunch oatmilk latte, the foam was not foamy it was bubbles and liquid like and there was no flavoring in my coffee. Just oatmilk and espresso. Tried to call the store to tell them about it and the phone number is not working.

The staff is great every last one I know they mix it up once in a while but I love to start my mornings out here before going off to this mad world of ours hahaha. The kindest staff I have ever seen. I don’t know where to begin, we frequent Starbucks daily and if we have a bad experience we usually shrug it off and come back to see if it was just a one off. Well for this specific location it’s continously bad quality of drinks. We typically order an ice coffee with no classic syrup and with light cream so very simple and basic. We have gotten watered down ice coffee and when they are out or don’t feel like making more ice coffee they try to sneak in either an iced Americano or cold brew like we wouldn’t notice. We’ve even had a brown sugar shaken expresso with raspberry in it like they rinsed the cup after making a mistake but not well or heavy cream in place of light crem (half n half) they do not look or taste similar at all. Super frustrating and when I try to ask for it to be corrected they seem so bothered by it, often times making the same poor substitute for what I ordered. We no longer frequent this one but one that is further away just so we can hav a properly prepared drink and pleasant service.

Ordered my regular pecan oat milk cortado. The only change I asked for was one pump of sugar syrup. The lady who took my order got it completely wrong and rang it up as an oat milk latte grande instead. Not only did I get the wrong drink, but I was also charged for the bigger size and never offered a refund.
On the second attempt, another barista gave me a regular oat milk cortado- again, missing the pecan flavor. It honestly felt like they weren’t really listening or dint bother to care much.
I just wish the team had been more attentive and patient, double-checked the order, or at least corrected it properly- either by refunding or making the right (and bigger) drink for what I was charged.

This location is literally the only Starbucks I will go to, they have NEVER failed me. I’ve never been served burnt, stale or shitty shots. They are always pulled well, creamy and smooth. The barista’s are also always super sweet. They’re great at reading the room as well, if I pull up not feeling super social.
I’m a local coffee shop barista and can’t always make it into work to get my drink on my days off, so it’s nice knowing I’m so close to a Starbucks that truly cares about serving good drinks.
