the baristas are so nice and polite! the one that rang me up and made my drink was emily, and she was so patient and friendly when my friend and i walked up. everyone should try the drink she made for me!! it’s called “emily’s creation” and it’s just a matcha frappuccino with strawberry cold foam and puree… i think

The place was busy, but the service remained great. The baristas were buzzing about making drink orders and the food orders were filled by (I think) two others. There was a short wait, but that’s to be expected. The bacon Gruyère egg bites were very good and 19g protein! My picture only shows one egg bite, but you get two.

I stopped in yesterday for the first time in years to treat myself to a coffee! I was immediately welcomed by a barista who was waving and had the sweetest smile. She was so welcoming. I dont normally get this sort of welcome when I go to Starbucks. I thought maybe she knew me, but I hadn’t been there in years. She proceeded to take my order and was just delightful the entire time. Her name was Salina! Not to mention, the store was so nice and clean. I don’t live in the area, but will plan to go out of my way to stop here anytime I’m in Gig Harbor in the future. Such a great experience.

Fast friendly service. The location is close to many other popular store outlets. A great place to put a leg up before or after shopping in the many establishments near by. Also a place to relax after a long shift at work. The seating is soft and comfortable on the long bench-style seating along the window. Great view of all the busy busy workers and thirsty customers in line. A very large outside area with some comfortable seating. Yes the outside seating area is very large compared to many of the other locations. I especially like the many electrical outlets to plug in and charge my devices while enjoying a delicious drink.

The new remodel is a huge downgrade. They lost a lot of seating and its chill vibe is gone. No comfy lounge chairs. Remember when starbucks was a comfortable place to meet a friend for a chat? That’s gone. Seriously looks like McDonalds in here.
