My drink was absolutely delicious! My service was awful in the drive thru today and I can tell that I was an inconvenience to the young lady that handled my order. She appeared to be having a bad day and wanted the cars out of her line. Please make sure that the person who works the drive thru is happy to serve customers. It makes a huge difference.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. They gave me the wrong drink in my DoorDash order. When we called the store, they acknowledged that they made the mistake but told us to just contact DoorDash for a refund instead of offering to remake the drink.
What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t even an apology for the error. I accidentally called another nearby Starbucks location first, and they immediately offered to remake the drink if I came by — which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the correct store didn’t offer the same level of customer service.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes a big difference. A simple apology or willingness to fix the issue would have gone a long way.

Absolutely top-tier service from Courtney this morning! The drive through line was long so I went inside and I am so glad I did! Everyone was friendly and professional and the store was extremely clean! Courtney was the epitome of a model employee and even upgraded my drink for free because I dropped my phone twice when trying to pay I don’t normally get Starbucks but when I do, I’ll only come to this location!

I’m not surprised that they only have restroom use for customers, but the Barista was soooo dang rude! I left and went to another location who I purchased from and also used the restroom.
Please teach your employees to not be rude. As a customer of Starbucks I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars and I’m shocked at how rude this girl was to me.

Just got two drinks there at 1:01pm on jan. 11th took over 10 minutes to get to the window. Batista was rude and could tell didn’t want anything to do with us. Bith drinks were served so hot they almost burned our hands because there was no sleve.both drinks were completely undrinkable taste wise. Both are normal orders with no issues. Neither had any kind of sweetener. Matcha latte just taste like bitter old seaweed and peppermint mocha just tastes wrong. Worst experience at a Starbucks ever oth drink wise and service.

The customer service I recieved here was amazing. I’ve never had someone ask if we wanted any straws or napkins for the glove box which was nice. I tried the Iced Banana Cream Protein Matcha and it was to die for. I hope the banana cream stays on the menu forever.

My husband visits this location regularly on the weekends to grab me my favorite coffee. Today, August 3, 2025, he received the absolute best customer service from a young man working there. I don’t know his name, but he truly stood out with his warm, professional demeanor and incredible attention to detail. He greeted my husband with a genuine smile, handled our order with care, and made the experience so pleasant that he left feeling uplifted. I believe he has dreadlocks and was working the drive-thru window, but what truly defines him is his exceptional kindness and efficiency. He’s an outstanding employee and a true asset to your team. Please pass along this praise to his manager—I’d love for him to be recognized for making my husband’s day!

A newer Starbucks design, with a wonderful barista team, and great great coffee, of course. I like the comfortable sitting area. This location has drive thru service for both coffee and a bank/ATM. Nice!
