Totally fine Starbucks.

If you’re in Snohomish, this works as a place to take your laptop to do remote work and/or studying, with good WiFi, restrooms, access to outlets, seating, and of course coffee.

Easy parking, clean store, and friendly staff.

Got a Vente latte and it was only filled to about 1-1/2″ from the top!! If I wanted a grande I would’ve ordered a grande. When I ask for a Vente, and pay for a vente, I expect a vente.

I am a regular,I’ve been coming here everyday for the last 6 months, And never had an issue with poor customer service. Normally the ladies are very sweet. The last 2 months the younger girl there with brown hair hasn’t been friendly or has had any customer service at all. Whenever I pull up to the window, she is glaring and when waiting for the drinks she’s rolling her eyes to her friends whispering and complaining about any changes or just the order itself

I have had the worst morning, ive had in a long time.
It was almost unbearable to carry the emotional toll of what had happened this morning. I treated myself to a coffee from this location (my favorite location)
The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure i had a smile on my face before I left and the coffee was incredible.
The staff at this location is just incredible. Thank you, for making a very hard day one of the best.

(Happened a few months back) Ended up placing a mobile order for the incorrect Starbucks that was in Lake Stevens. I wasn’t aware until I went to the drive thru and they couldn’t find my name. It was my fault and I was in the wrong and I was ready to pay for a new order. But despite this; They still made my order as if I made the order there and told me that they wouldn’t make me drive all the way back to Lake Stevens.

Wonderful and understanding workers! And they make my tea great! 10/10 <3

I get Starbucks regularly, I get the same thing every time, and it’s always good, except when I get it from this location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time but the second time I got my usual coffee here it tasted worse than the first time.

I frequent this Starbucks pretty often as I live in the complex and although the service is not super quick, it is always satisfactory. The baristas are always super nice and welcoming. Today, however, I was met with a condescending attitude when I just simply let them know there was one drink missing from my mobile order. The order said it would be ready at 12:50 and I arrived at 1, giving them ample time so I know it wasn’t my arrival time that was the issue. The barista was just not nice in their response to me at all and made me feel bad for even saying anything. I’ll be back for sure but this experience was very off-putting and slightly upsetting.
