I said my order on the speaker. The worker asked me a question. I told her I read lips. She then yelled at me. I told her I have a hearing disability. She yelled louder. I raised my voice to tell her to just let me say my order. She interrupted and yelled at me. Six times. I asked for the manager. I went up to the window and it was the manager who yelled at me that she was asking me if I wanted anything else on my sandwich and told me that since everybody before me understood her that I should too. I asked if I could just order. She kept yelling at me. I told her I have diagnosed autism with auditory processing disorder and she interrupted me to yell at me and then told me she wouldn’t give me food. It wasn’t just horrible, it’s the worst experience I’ve had with a person for years. I’m a sweetheart with a disability. She shouldn’t just be fired, she should be in jail for abusing the disabled.

Nice seating area but they close the inside of the store at 4 pm!!! That’s 4 hrs before the store closes. They said they’ve been doing this the last two years. Since I don’t live here, how would I know? I drove to this specific location to take a class online while on the road. Got kicked out just before my class and had to be stuck in my car thank goodness there’s wifi at the parking spot.
Also the barista screwed up my drink and gave me the remade with spill on the side. And the table had drips but she didn’t clean it up. So messy and careless! At least she apologized. In saving grace, all the baristas were friendly.

I always have such a good experience at this location. Their staff is very friendly and their drinks always come out so good! Their manager is also so sweet and accommodating! A+ all around!

Horrible attitude in all employees I encountered. I was disappointed. It seemed as though everyone employed there was just angry. Another weird thing is when your drink is ready you have to carry it over to get a lid yourself. Very horrible parking situation. I was trapped in my spot for a while because the people in the drive thru were blocking me from leaving. When I was looking up this location to leave a review it kept popping up the location inside safeway. You could tell a lot of their bad reviews were meant for this location. Sad their rating suffers because people are reviewing the wrong one.

Been to a lot of coffee shops. A ton of them Starbucks, this location is my favorite. The staff is friendly and prompt. They always treat me like Norm from cheers when I walk in. Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to and my drink is ALWAYS awesome! Thank you guys for anal your hard work. If I could tip $100 every time I came through, I would.

This place is the worst! No parking for customers. They have their employees park in front of the store leaving no spaces for paying customers. The bathrooms are almost always out of toilet paper or broken. They treat their employees like garbage and the management needs to take a class on how to actually manage. Starbucks should be embarrassed.

Terrible customer service! The barista’s are lazy and rude. The lounge is dirty. The bathrooms are even worse.

We rarely go to Starbucks.
I was given a gift card (next time I’ll just re-gift the card) I ordered a lemonade. My husband ordered a latte with oatmilk. They are out of oatmilk so he said do not make that latte. We’ll just have the lemonade.
Cashier said Okay.
We waited way to long in drive through line.
When it was finally our turn to pay we used the gift card and the cashier said we gave 3 dollars left to pay. (I didn’t know how much was on the gift card) so we paid the rest with a 20 dollar bill.
Cashier then handed us our change and 2 drinks. We informed her we only ordered one drink.
Then she said “oh it’s the car behind you. They ordered something similar”
The cashier knew she charged us for 2 drinks and did not attempt to refund us.
So I asked for a receipt. That’s when a supervisor or a cashier with more experience came to help her. That cashier gave us our refund.
I will never visit another Starbucks.

What is happening here. I was noticing that the old store needs a face-lift from the outside, but this has been one of my regular stores. I’m on first name basis with the fine man who has been manager for years. My son used to work here.
The music is so loud and caucus, and outdoor furniture has been removed so I can’t sit out side. The inside us also sparsely furnished.
Maybe they need to build a new store?
