When I’m on the go, my go-to fast food breakfast sandwich is the bacon Gouda. Even though it isn’t freshly made, the bun stays soft and chewy, and without extra condiments, the flavor comes through from the rich cheese and the savory saltiness of the bacon.

I don’t recommend the service of this Starbucks Store. I was here today and bought a drinks & Pastries. It is expected that it is quite busy because it is weekend and it is holiday season. However, it is so much Disappointed when I got my drinks and I asked for a cup of water, this Barista Girl told me “You need to fall in line just for a cup of water”. Like seriously? That is exactly what she told me.
Are you guys kidding me? I just got my drinks which took me a minutes too and my cookie was left in the counter without me knowing that it is mine even though I was seated just in front of the receiving area. Then just for a cup of water, you guys will not considerate a person who is pregnant and with a 6 month old baby and 7 years old kid?
Your service was such a big disappointment. I hope you guys will not experience the service that you guys provided to me. I will definitely talk to one of your store manager next time. Very inconsiderate, not a pregnant or family place to visit.

Floor was messy and tables were also gross. Messed up order even when it explicitly said on the sticker the correct order for 2/4 drinks. Very small selection in cold cooler for grab and go food. Incredibly short staffed with longer than average wait times compared to other Starbucks stores and experiences at this store. I was also denied the opportunity to have my CLEAN water bottle refilled which contradicted signs I saw throughout that very same store. Overall experience was disappointing, and I feel that this store could use some management coaching and floor organization for the staff.

This location is great but my review is about the cheese danish I ordered. I understand that “shrinkflation” is a thing but it’s ridiculous that the danish is the same price (just shy of $4) but half the size it used to be. I’m done ordering food from Starbucks.

Starbucks needs to keep up with maintaining their employees. So chattery and slow even with 4ppl at the bar took forever for a single drink. The location wasnt even that busy. Also my drink brown sugar oat cortado ratio was wrong. Sooo bitter i think they mistaken the espresso level. I’m a regular starbucks costumer and i rarely leave reviews but just had to leave one this time. Very disappointing.

It was my birthday when I visited Starbucks in Seattle Premium Outlet and since I am from Canada I am nit sure if my rewards will work there si I tried to redeem my free drink at it was too hot that day. The staff are too friendly and greeted me 3x even when I picked up my frap they greeted me again.

I work at the outlet and this location is a life saver. Quick, easy and convenient. They always get my order right and leave cute little messages on the cups. I just wish you did in mall delivery?? I’d tip big for that

I’ve been going to the starbucks at the outlets for months. Usually the morning time, there’s a lady making all the drinks and it’s extremely delicious and service has been great.
I recently visited this cafe and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive. There were lots of staffs working that day and everyone had a very bad attitude towards customers. There were staffs yelling at customers and talking in a very rudely manner. Overall, the poor service overshadowed any potential positives of the visit.
