I’ve been visiting the Lake Stevens Starbucks in Frontier Village for the better part of 12 years, & I’ve always felt especially welcome by the wonderful people who work there… From the store & shift managers to the baristas, I have chosen to spend my time in this particular location, not merely because of its close proximity to my home, but because I feel at home there… I wish them all the best!

Went through the drive through. Barista taking my order had the worst attitude. Later then tried to play it off once she saw she came off as mean. And the drink was watered down as well after i had asked if the drink could have light ice.

This cool crisp autumn morning I went nextdoor to pick up my usual order, that pecan oat milk cortado. Chat, i’m not joking when I say that the barista who prepared my espresso today deserves to be kissed passionately on the lips for it. Never in my life has a stranger put so much love into espresso for me. As I trudge through miserable long work days and cold dark drives home I look for little things to appreciate. Birds walking silly, pockets of sunshine, laughter from a baby. Today this cortado made that list. Jokes aside thank you guys sincerely for being a consistent positive environment in our little shopping center 🙂

Haven’t been to a Starbucks in a while but this one was exceptional, and I had the best drink made for me. Perfect start to the day! The free WiFi gave me a chance to pay my phone bill and reactivate my service, as a bonus! I’ll definitely be returning.

I prefer ordering from this store because the baristas here do an awesome job and greet me with lots of cheer ALWAYS. Never been disappointed so far with any of the drinks I’ve ordered. The mobile orders are served quickly too.

I would like to start off by saying that I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness and sanitations precautions that the staff took during our visit. I am a daily Starbucks customer and both me and my husband were very satisfied with the overall experience specifically at this location.
Coltin was our barista and his coffee making abilities and customer service skills exceeded my husbands expectations with his brown sugar shaken espresso; my husband noted it’s the best espresso he’s had. My peppermint mocha was extremely creamy with just the right hint of peppermint. We will absolutely be returning to this location.
