Very slow drive through experience. By then I was locked in because of the barriers around the drive thru. It made me very late to an important appointment and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is utilizing the drive thru to expedite anything in their day.

I recently visited the Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. I needed to use the restroom urgently and asked for the access code, but the employee informed me that I had to make a purchase first, its company policy!
While I understand the need for policies in today’s world, it felt rude and inconsiderate to deny restroom access when someone is in urgent need. Everyone has to go at some point, and it’s unrealistic to expect a code without a purchase. It’s frustrating to feel penalized for a basic human need.
Additionally, I believe that requiring a purchase to use a restroom may even be against local laws. It’s essential for businesses to recognize the importance of customer service, especially in urgent situations.
I hope management takes this feedback into account to improve the experience with future customers.

I went through the drive through as I wasn’t feeling well that day. Had come from the Dr’s office. Just wanted a hot cocoa frappe, like I heard about from a friend on the secret menu (adding a few things to it as well). I ordered my order then drove up to pay. I forgot to add something (as I want feeling so hot) I had tried getting their (the barista’s 1 of the 2 there training?) attention, to no avail. Got my drinks, said my pleasantries and drove away.

I ordered an Iced London fog explicitly asked them to steep the teabags for 5/10min, I then waited 30 minutes for my entire order to come out and it’s obvious that they did not steep the teabags and they had my drink in the wrong spot so it was all melted by the time I got it
