Second week in a row that I received the wrong drink from the same person at the window. My fault for not noticing the first time until I was gone but this week I even asked and she told me it was correct without even looking at it and then immediately turned away to speak on the headset. It’s absolutely not the correct drink and doesn’t even look like the right drink. These things are too expensive to be made wrong and to add the dismissive attitude on top of it is ridiculous.

Starbucks is a fairly uniform experience at most of their stores across the US, but the service at this one is exemplary and the drink I received tasted just right. Clearly they take pride in their jobs and do a great job at it.

This is our go to neighborhood Starbucks my friends and I go to and hang out. Ive been coming here since they opened, but never noticed the surveillance camera inside until today. See pic its in middle of room hanging down far enough to have a 360 view above large table in center.
Wow, no privacy even while drinking coffee and conversation with friends.
Coffees good , but Starbucks has really raised prices to high. Starbucks coffee is in competition with the price of fuel. lol.
I think we will look for a local place to go to were not monitored. Not posting in store that your being monitored, disappointed.

Have been to this location several times but will not be back. My order gets messed up about every other time I visit
I pay by cash or card. Cash seems to be the better chance of getting my order right.

Every time I go in I wait 10-12 minutes for 1 Coffee I’m not the only one , manager should check the camera to verify this. You stand at the counter and wait to be helped. I get it if they are busy, but this service happens busy or slow. The employees walk around and are doing whatever it is corporate Starbucks tells them to do to be busy. But would it hurt to be welcomed, say hello? It’s like an inconvenience to them if you order inside the store.
