I visit this Starbucks just about every morning. I came in for a cup of ice and was treated like a bum and refused a cup of ice so I could pour my Starbucks brand cold brew over it. I’ve never been treated that poorly before at a Starbucks. I’ve spent so much money over the years it’s a straight slap in the face. It’s probably time to support another coffee place. This place doesn’t deserve the loyalty I give!

It’s funny how the same exact coffee can taste completely different at each Starbucks (although it’s not supposed to.) This one was amazing. Conveniently located in the shopping plaza(around the corner where there’s already one in Target.) Now this is how customer service is supposed to feel:l. To the Asian gentlemen making my food this morning: A sincere Thank You for the genuine smile welcoming me in, as well as writing a cute little note on my sandwich bag. If you only knew how you changed my mindset for the morning. I really needed that. Thank You. To the person who made my iced coffee: amazing. I barely had to wait for my order also. Thank You (A little too much ice in my iced though… coffee was gone too fast.

This place is good but nothing special. The staff is nice and drinks don’t take terribly long. They have very minimal merchandise though (cups) and there’s hardly anywhere to sit. This isn’t the kind of place you’d want to settle in and read or work remote or meet with friends. NOT a drive through location, but parking is easy.

Absolutely terrible location. The employees are the worst out every location I’ve ever been to. I’m a metro bus driver my, bus is parked out front in view. after a 2 hour drive the employee tells me no I can’t use the restroom and to damn bad. My bus is in his view I’m in uniform. And he tells me that? He was the only one there and had terrible gross looking dreads. I wouldn’t have bought anything there due the the health hazard he calls his hair. Good job employing someone like that Starbucks.

I bought a veinte Matcha Cappuccino this morning. I was so excited! I was silly. And they didn’t give je a bunch of ice as I requested. My drink was perfect! Haven’t treated myself like that before work in a long time. Everyone was so nice! Great welcoming atmosphere! Clean and efficient. The gal who made my drink was so fast and friendly! That is my favorite Starbucks to go to near my home! Everyone is very professional and welcoming! And I made it to work on time! Thank you all so much! – Theresa
