I had the most unexpected morning today while driving home from the gym. One of my dogs fell onto my Starbucks cup and it exploded all over my car while I was on the highway. I was literally driving with the window down at 60 mph, iced espresso trickling out of the cup and my hand completely drenched.
I pulled off at the next exit, and what do I see?
A Starbucks — shining back at me like a little blessing.
Before I could even get out of my car, James, a Starbucks employee, met me at my door. He took my broken coffee, told me he’d remake it for free, and let me use their restroom so I could clean myself up. By the time I came back out, the Lynnwood team had already made my drink and helped me get back on the road.
It was the quickest, kindest, and most unexpectedly loving experience I’ve had in Washington. A bunch of strangers made me feel so cared for — it reminded me of home, especially during the holidays.
Thank you, James and the entire Lynnwood Starbucks team, for pouring love into your work and into a fellow stranger. I’ll never forget this experience. Starbucks, you’ve earned a customer for life. ❤️

On my way from Bellingham, Washington I figured I’d make a stop at a Starbucks and catch up on some paperwork while enjoying my drink.
I was helped by a new barista who was learning how to operate the order terminal. She was nice and I was patient as she did her thing. Josiah was assisting her and later he approached me to let me know that they were out of iced coffee and that I like order something else or wait for them to make more iced coffee.
I decided to wait since I did not start my paperwork. I was people watching in the process and I saw that they were consistently busy and drive-thru was steady as well. As I was looking around I noticed that either the customers are neat and clean or the staff may be coming out to the dining area to pick up after people. Either way the supply area was stocked and the dining area was clean. I also went into one of the two restrooms and the I visited was in good shape. The nice part is they were providing paper towels to wipe your hands and this also allowed you to get out without touching the door-handle. Something that is a big health issue at many Starbucks.
Overall, this was a good visit

The lady who was in charge Jan 31st at 10AM was so rude and uncomfortable to get help from. The girl who was at the cash register was super sweet, but when her manager came over to help, it was super awkward.

I placed a $45 UberEats order which was stolen by someone else and Starbucks refused to remake it. I couldn’t get a refund on Uber either. It was 2 drinks and 3 food items. How irresponsible to first let someone steal an order, and the insult the customer by refusing to fix the problem. I waited for over an hour without any communication, no solution, and no refund.

This is a great location! The people were friendly, remembering our name & thanking us. Made my bagel perfect to order. Most coffee places miss the “double cup” request but this place nailed it along with communicating which drink goes to which person.
The lobby was clean & so was the bathroom.
They have a drive-thru option & parking spaces for orders made online.

This location is very close to my work place, I come in the morning and wow people is so nice in this Starbucks I really like it, customer service is just so nice. They always greet and sometimes even bring the food to your table so so recommended.
