Amazing experience this morning at this store. I stopped by trying to find their christmas cups only given today when you purchase a christmas drink. There was a lot of people waiting but you could see the whole staff working hard to get everyone served. Cheers to Ari one of them baristas whom i saw trying to get everyone’s drinks fast with a big smile on her face. Also the store look fantastic as compared as last time i visited. Zone feel cozy and invites to hang out and enjoy coffee in this rainy day. Congratulations Starbucks it look like you got a great team there!

Pretty good Starbucks in the area, I prefer refuel but this isn’t bad at all. Coffee is good I do my usual Americano. Well about average I usually come in early afternoon grab a seat and spend some of my me time. People are friendly as usual. The only thing is crafting a coffee will be a bit longer. Sandwich temperatures are hot and taste good. I’ll keep coming when I have time.

I have been visiting this location multiple times throughout the years and have had a great experience every time. Yet, what made this time different is the reason for me to actually write this review. Today I paid a visit to this location to get some work done before meeting with an associate later in the day. When I walked in a young lady by the name of Ruby greeted me and not only did she greet me with a heartwarming “Hello”, she actually remembered my name and greeted me, using my name. That moment is what made me write this review today. These little things make or break the customers experience and I appreciate her for doing that. I would like to put in a good word for her and wish her the best in her career. Well done.

Imagine asking for a tip before you get service. I ordered a white mocha and they tried handing me an iced mocha. And when they remake your drink, you’re the one that apologizes for the mistake, and they make you feel like a burden. And then you leave the drive through, and then realize they made you a latte. No white mocha, no whipped cream. I’m pissed. I don’t have time to turn around to try and have them fix it again.

I love Starbucks, but this location often makes my cappuccino like a latte—too much milk, not enough foam. A proper cappuccino should have equal parts espresso, milk, and foam. Cedar River Starbucks gets it perfect every time—please follow that standard!

Been going to this location for years, just writing a review.
Turnover at this location is high, which I have never known to be a great thing. So every time I go in and order the same drink, it’s still different every time.
Secondly the food is sub par. Reheating isn’t rocket science. Formulate a plan, and have that be standard.
I had to stop ordering iced teas at this establishment altogether. For some reason, they would make the tea, forget about it, then when I have been standing there for 15 minutes ask what I am waiting on, and then proceed to tell me my drink was forgotten about ‘again’ and needs to be remade.
They prioritize drive through. Remote orders will never be done on time. It’s becoming normal that when I order through the app, that my food is ready a full 15 minutes before my drinks, if the drinks ever come.
All in all over the years, this establishment location has not improved.

Ordered breakfast sandwich and venti ice water. Ate my sandwich and waited another 5 (for a total of 12) minutes for my ice water. I inquired twice and was told to wait. Seriously. Cashier/oven monitor had her back to register and busy socializing with another employee seemingly going off duty I had to interrupt her to ask about my order. She went right back to socializing knowing I was waiting for a cup of ice water.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve come here it’s taken me 20 minutes to get one drink. Don’t even bother ordering food because it will take forever. Even in the drive thru I was waiting for 10 minutes at the window while they heated my wraps. It has NEVER taken this long at any other location, ridiculous.

They added whip cream when any dairy makes the child it was ordered for sick, then scrapped it off the top poorly and gave me tight lipped curt agreement and unpleasant attitude when politely asked to make a new drink correctly. Not impressed.
