No drive thru. Huge open coffee shop with lots of sitting. My drink is made quick, they offered to heat up my banana bread. Cashier was examining my clothing style and my bag, I find it weird. But over all, had a good quick breakfast while in the area.

Super long wait everytime I come in I’m in like for atleast 10 minutes just waiting to order or purchase something. They need more help for cashier or just a more efficient workflow, there will be people cleaning, etc instead of jumping in to help the line or even greet and lets us know we haven’t been forgotten about. The people on bar just look at us in line. This is what my order looked like after 15mins of waiting.

Classic interior and spacious seating. Nice atmosphere. But long wait. There were not that many customers in line, but it took 20 minutes to get my Americano after the order was placed. No sticker or tag on my drink, and several other’s either, when it was ready. With a few cups showing up at the pick up counter at the same time, me and others had to figure out which was whose. It was a new experience for me at Starbucks, though I am still a “loyal” Starbucks fan.

Megs had an attitude with everyone in line. They were curt, unhelpful, and cut us off when we tried to ask (while payment was processing) if the bathrooms needed a code. Dave was barely audible while standing just across the counter and this is who was calling out names as orders were ready. The 2 employees next to Dave were busy chatting, making them very slow at fulfilling orders. Slowest Starbucks I’ve visited, from Seattle to Tampa. Food was ready in 15 minutes and cold by the time we got our drinks. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks.

Mist unique starbucks like someone’s living room, I was here 10 years ago, a standard Strks now a living room. Very little merch, amazing, very comfortable.
