10/24/25 Outstanding Service and Great Experience at Starbucks
We had an outstanding experience at Starbucks! The baristas actually remembered us from our visit the other day, which made the stop feel extra special. We ordered through mobile pickup and also grabbed a few items in store — spicy falafel pockets, a ham and cheese croissant, a pink drink, and Americano coffees.Everything was fresh, delicious, and ready quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their service. Always a great experience and one of our favorite Starbucks locations while rving in the area.

We had spicy falafel pockets and Americanos, while our daughter enjoyed a ham and cheese croissant — everything was fresh and delicious. The store had a nice, comfortable layout, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy our food and coffee. Excellent service and great atmosphere!

I ordered 2 refreshers light ice, and this is what they gave me. 6 bucks each. Customer experience is on its way out for Starbucks. Charge me extra if needed but this is petty and wild.

When I order a mango dragon fruit refresher…. the last thing I want to taste is the last person’s Caramel Frapp mixed with my drink…fruit with caramel… gross! Couldn’t go back because I was on my way to work… love that I literally poured an almost $8 drink down the drain! Not to mention, it makes me question cleanliness… do you wash things in-between orders? Isn’t a frappe made in a blender? A refresher isnt made in a blender… how did that cross contamination happen? THIS LOCATION needs to do better!! Next time, I’ll drive a bit further to Mill Creek… they are phenomenal there!

I believe the quality of a Starbucks is best reflected by its regular drip coffee, it’s the basic, but unfortunately, yours hasn’t been great. I’ve tried it five times in different time, expecting not every time will be the same,sorry but only once did it taste right.

If I could, I would definitely give zero credit. We ordered an iced sugar cookie latte and waited for nearly 10 minutes. And they gave us an iced cookie latte without sugar. Is it hard to make that?

Friendly enough here at this busy Starbucks. The drive thru is always full and parking can be tight. Surprisingly they run out of food quickly as well. Lots of seating inside but a lot of noise.

It was my first time ordering online and picking up via drive-through so I didn’t know that I had to tell them at the ordering kiosk. We drove straight to pickup window. The lady knew that we were there but tried to ignore us by pretending taking orders even though there was only one car behind us. Note that this was around 2:15 pm today (Sunday) and drive through was slow.
She finally looked at us after a few minutes and my husband said we were picking up an online order. She then authoritatively told us “next time you have to let us know back there that you’re picking up an online order to make sure it’s ready.” Then she handed my husband the drink which had already been ready.
I just don’t understand why she had to be so rude. She could have said it in a nicer way. She treated us like we’d known the rule and decided to break it anyway. It was our FIRST time.
