This may be the most normal and nicest Starbucks in all of Washington!
The employees are kind, seemingly sincere and speak nicely to every customer. There is no angst or tension in the air, the music is quiet – and there is NO overt political agenda that would include colored hair, piercings or personal sex preferences.
I’m amazed I can actually enjoy purchasing a cup of coffee.

What is with this Dubai thing? I don’t understand. Also protein so much protein I don’t like protein in my drink I eat my protein STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT A PROTEIN LATTE. The bathrooms were disgusting and someone stunk it up bad. The parking lot here SUCKS and every time you try to leave some crazy person comes flying down it’s annoying it’s a parking lot drive slow! The staff are super nice here, probably the best group of Starbucks employees I have ever seen – yes, this is a huge shout out to the employees here and yes to a previous review – they seem the most normal and alive human beings.. Totty is amazing – absolutely love her whole attitude, personality and politeness, she deserves a manager position (many of them do here actually) She and a few more have the exact attitude to become high rising stars and higher management. Totty always remembers me, even when out of sight, always says ‘Hi’. Previous Starbucks locations I’ve been to seem miserable, not helpful at all, just shouting orders out, no hi, no atmosphere, just grumpy or the opposite, slow and lazy, leaving a dull exit which actually transfers to the coffee – dull, uninteresting and lack of taste – not at this location.. This Starbucks is amazing.. Every week day I go (well nearly) and they actually talk to you – wow they actually draw you into a small conversation while waiting for all of the seconds it takes for them to fulfill my order, always asking how I am and genuinely interested – Amazing.. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen at this location – Appreciate the service a lot. Super well done. We stopped by this Starbucks on a Saturday morning, and it wasn’t busy at all—which was a nice surprise! We’re visiting and staying at a nearby hotel, and I was craving something more than hotel coffee.
We used the drive-thru, and everything was smooth and easy. I ordered a London Fog latte and an Impossible breakfast sandwich, while my husband had the bacon Gouda sandwich. Everything tasted just as expected from Starbucks—consistent and satisfying.
Our brief interactions with the employees were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. A quick, convenient stop that hit the spot!

Terrible service, I ordered the drink on my app, and somehow they said it didn’t went through and ask me to send the order again, I said it went through on my end, and I got charged, I showed him the receipt. He said “I saw the receipt, I don’t know what to you, I will just make it for you this time” I asked him, you said it sounds like I didn’t pay, I paid for my drink and I have an receipt! He just repeated saying” I don’t know what to tell you” terrible service

I visited this location before work and placed a mobile order. On my end, it clearly showed that I selected the drive-through option. I ordered two drinks and one food item.
When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was greeted politely, which I appreciated, and I let them know I had a mobile order. I was told to pull up to the window, where I received my food item. Then, I was instructed to pull forward to the arrow in front to wait for my drinks.
I ended up waiting there for about 15–20 minutes, watching at least 8–10 cars get served and drive away from the window in that time. I tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt, but eventually I decided to go inside.
When I walked in, I found my two drinks already sitting on the counter—clearly prepared some time earlier. I picked them up and walked out, and it seemed that no one even noticed I was there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
This was extremely frustrating to deal with so early in the morning, especially when there was no accountability for leaving a customer waiting unnecessarily. On top of that, my car was left parked at the arrow in a way that caused confusion for other drivers. Per there instructions!

Today is RED CUP DAY when you order a holiday beverage. My favorite holiday drinks are Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai iced lite ice or no ice and then the one I tried today was the Chestnut Praline Latte hot no whip no foam. Both are tasty and the also have the peppermint mocha. Great location very very friendly baristas and IVY is very nice and considerate. This location is good to start your day.
