I visited this coffee shop today and have mixed feelings. The atmosphere is 10/10 and the food is 10/10—truly excellent. However, the service was disappointing. I ordered my drink at 07:58 PM, and even though the shop doesn’t close until 9:00 PM, the staff had already packed everything away. Despite being the only person in line, it took about 8 minutes to get my drink.

This Starbucks is located on the second floor of Bellevue Square Mall, right next to other popular spots. It’s a clean, well-lit store with a modern setup. Service was smooth during my visit, with no noticeable delays. There are additional seating areas just outside the store, which is a bonus if you want to relax or chat. One thing to note: they didn’t carry as much Starbucks tumblers or accessories, so it’s strictly a drink-and-go type of location. With Bellevue Square parking and nearby mall restaurants, this location is all about convenience.

Wow this was such a clean and beautiful store. The associate that took my order, Coby, was so sweet. Everything was well organized and really fast. I even made it back to work with time to spare. Quickest Starbucks in the area if you’re out here.

This is a Well Designed Starbucks location. Though the lines may be long durin high traffic hours. I appreciate the Staff working hard at it. I always order the Mocha Frappuccino & Bacon Gouda with egg. I highly recommend if you are in need of coffee or a snack to eat. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Square Starbucks!

Do not go there! Refuses a cup of water to a kid. Asked to make a purchase. With all the money I spent to Starbucks over the years, this was disappointing! We went to Caffe Vita next door with awesome and so kind customer service with free water!

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was terrible, staff were rude and unorganized. My mom had to go up again because the girl taking our order didn’t put down our food. Be better Starbucks.

Not customer focused. Unfriendly attitude. Poorly managed and run. No line, still had to wait ten minutes for a nitro cold brew. Showed up and stood at pick up counter bc nitros are made fresh, kept being told they couldn’t make it until a ticket popped up. All the while customers coming in and having ordered minutes after me were getting their custom drinks made.
Zero effort by the staff to resolve this. Zero effort to understand the situation. No management oversight.
