1/28/26 9:10am: I ordered a Cannon Ball Refresher on the mobile app for drive-through pickup. My drink was accidentally given to the car in front of me, and I received a Strawberry Açaí instead. I let the staff know, and while the employee apologized, they did not remake the correct drink. Instead, they added freeze-dried strawberries to the wrong drink and handed it back.
I had to turn around, park, and go inside the store to have my order made correctly. I am 32 weeks pregnant and cannot walk much, which made this especially inconvenient. An apology doesn’t mean much if the mistake isn’t actually fixed. This was a disappointing experience.

Love the staff — they’re fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The white chocolate mochas are delicious! Today’s ham and Swiss on a baguette was softer than usual — a great improvement, as it used to be a bit tough on our teeth.

I come to this location pretty frequently and the workers are always so sweet! Today I had an issue with my drink and I felt super bad about going back through to get it fixed but the barista was really caring and quick to have the drink remade! Excellent service ❤️

So I love Starbucks but this particular store is probably the most annoying store I have ever been to. cause the damn chairs sound like finger nails across a chalk board . Every 5 seconds you hear it and its hard to focus with it all the time fix the dang chairs Starbucks.!!!

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks because the staff that works here always seems to be in a good mood and are really friendly. No matter what time I seem to come here I feel greeted and welcomed.

I normally get coffee from daily dose but everyone loves buying gift cards for starbucks so that’s where I’ve went the last few times. I wasn’t even gonna speak my peace until I check at 8pm last night and they opened at 3 30am. At 4am I went and they’re now not open until 8am. Supposedly. We will see. Now onto my issues with the coffee. Only one time out of the 4 that Ive been here have they gotten my coffee correct they never put enough flavoring, even my husband says so and he hates sweet things so that freaking ridiculous and they never put enough espresso how is a mom of 5 supposed to stay awake on your flavored water ?! I always say extra flavoring and espresso and only one dude got it right. It’s really a waste of money hence why if I’m actually spending my money I go to daily dose where they get it correct. If I go at 8am and you’re not open imma call corporate and if you don’t get my drink right AGAIN I’m calling corporate fed up to say the least and I barely go here

Consistent bad service here. Ordered a simple cup of coffee. The dmb girl put the cup under the machine and never pressed the button to start the coffee. I waited too long for a simple cup of black coffee. They have 9 employees here but can’t make a simple cup of coffee and have it in your hand in 30 seconds. And they get offended if you don’t tip them. Why should I tip you for pouring a cup of coffee (which you don’t se to comprehend doing in the first place)Dear starbucks: its time for a no tipping policy. You’d think the drinks are made the same by everyone as there is a specific recipe.
Drive thru messes the orders up, even when it clearly says on screen what order is.
