The Starbucks in Safeway is comparably the kindest and most customer service oriented Starbucks I have ever ever been to! I have been to a lot of Starbucks coffee shops along the west coast because I enjoy the Starbucks coffee flavor! I have been to most of the Starbucks in and around Phoenix Arizona I have also been to Starbucks along the California coastal line up to Oregon and along the coast of Oregon as well and into Washington where Starbucks was founded. I simply enjoyed their taste! I’ve tried different types of coffee from different places that have been really overrated. Places like Dutch Brothers and bean something out of Tempe Arizona at the theater of Tempe Town lakes. Right next to Mesa riverview. Anywho, I have been to many many Starbucks including New York, Florida, new mexico, texas, and Philadelphia. Typically the customer service attitude is simply that a little bit of an attitude whether or not they’re in a hurry or happy or otherwise. This particular Starbucks and this employee whose name is Wendy, is the best customer service oriented human who I’ve come across compared to any other Starbucks location that I’ve been to throughout the United States! She deserves a pay rate of $50 an hour at least! LOL! Kudos!

Excellent Service at Starbucks in Pendleton, Oregon
We stopped in a little before closing and were so impressed with this Starbucks and the team working. The store was very clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming layout. Kyle and the staff were friendly, down-to-earth, and engaging — truly great attitudes all around. They made our order quickly and with care, even at the end of the day. We couldn’t say enough good things about the store and these two team members. Outstanding service and a great experience!

We sat at the ordering box in the drive thru for about a minute and a half without hearing anything from a staff member so we decided to pull up to the window. We were greeted with a very rude staff member telling us we “missed the box”. We tried explaining we didn’t hear anything so we pulled up to which she responded “yeah because you missed the box”. She was extremely snarky with us and I guess needed a break? November 16th at 5:10pm

Very long wait when ordered inside. Couldn’t even taste coffee in my frappuccino , tasted like caramel water. When asked barista to remake it, rude response that it would taste the exact same. Not stopping here ever again if passing through.

Not very good, really mediocre at best from Seattle Washington to Jackson Wyoming, tried cappuccino at several places, might be too hot, foam bubbles to big, too watered down because milk gets reheated taking more water on, but most of all the coffee taste is not barista. Starbucks is losing the plot. Don’t buy it, is not worth the price you pay.

I have never seen people watch orders sit for 5+ minutes because it’s someone else’s job to hand it over. I watched people get their orders while to go orders just sat. I feel bad for the delivery drivers as they are left the longest. If you order for delivery, keep in mind they hold your orders long after they are finished.

After a long stretch on the freeway I was anxious to get here. My “extra hot” coffee barely seemed like a normal hot coffee.
I cut my elbow on something sharp on the metal TP holder in the bathroom. Even though the girl at the counter saw me holding a paper towel over the blood, she didn’t even bother to ask about it. Thankfully we pack a fully stocked first aid box while traveling.
