My rating is purely based on the service I got today from Tea. She was so so so kind. I didn’t know how to order an old drink that’s no longer on the menu and she knew exactly what I was referring to and now I know how to order it moving forward. She was friendly, smiley and I felt she was genuinely happy to be there!

I usually have good experiences at this Starbucks, which is why this visit stood out to me. When I was ordering, the barista named Sadee made me feel unwelcome. The tone felt dismissive, and I was told they couldn’t make my drink; though it’s a drink I’ve ordered many times at this location and others. This crew is usually outstanding and has the upmost respect towards their customers.
I completely understand when a store is out of ingredients or has limitations, but the way it was communicated made the interaction uncomfortable and discouraging. Customer service and attitude matter just as much as the drink, and this experience didn’t reflect the usual Starbucks standard. I hope this can be addressed so future customers feel more welcomed.

One thing I will say is I’ve never really had issues with Starbucks until up until today with it being Veterans Day and they can’t even show appreciation for people that show up in uniform. The fact that all they give is regular coffee, milk, and sugar in a cup cup for free when you can go elsewhere and get better off!! But yet they show all this hype up online and on Facebook, etc., about showing appreciation to our troops and to our veterans and that’s all they literally give them!! Piss me off a little bit and upsetting me with the fact being!!

A couple of hot chai teas and brown sugar, fruit and nut oatmeal. When I pulled up I almost thought they were closed at 530am. Although it looked closed inside, they were open.

They were trying to rush me and I asked for extra cream and couldn’t tell that is was there cause typically, it shows up purple, and when I got home and looked at the drink closely half the drink was foam and the other half that was supposed to be Matcha green tea was barely any Matcha green tea and almost all foam so a big waste of money if they’re not going to try 100%
