It’s one of the only Starbucks I have been to and I have been to hundreds of Starbucks in my years on this planet and this place makes you feel like your an inconvenience in their day. They always make me feel like Im doing something wrong when I order my drink. Im sorry but for 10 dollars I want it to the same every time. But no it never is never. . The other location is way better in every way. Come on do better south 6th Starbucks.

WOW! Starbucks on South 6th St in Klamath Falls Oregon is the BEST Starbucks in town hands down! Today, Sat a.m the drive thru was packed. I went inside, ordered my drink and a special snack. Waited for my drink in the lobby patiently as people were picking up their drinks. Mine was lost somewhere in the makings! The nicest, most professional girl asked what are you waiting for and what’s the name? I told her and she LOOKED and said it was being made. As I waited, the drink came but no snack! The girl was very observant and knew I was waiting for something else and asked what it was. She looked and said, “OH, it’s coming” from someone else’s station. Instead of making me wait for the other person to bag it, she done it herself and got me on my way! I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but YOU will go far in your career. You seen a need, inquired, took care of it! YOU didn’t wait for others. Such a professional person! Thank You, from a business owner!

South Sixth Starbucks is the only one my wife let’s me go to, because they are the best in town. Plus, the manager Becca has an awesome crew that has the best attitudes all around. Clean facility, always quick with my slightly complications orders, and they make it fun. Other locations are rude and can’t even bother to wish us a good day. Hell yeah, brother!

We received our coffee and waited 8m for our sandwiches (odd, since they are usually ready first). Asking the girl at the counter, she snarls (completely unprovoked) we have to wait longer because the app pickup time of 10m ago is just an ‘estimate’. So we wait some longer while customers who arrived way after our pickup time are being helped and leave the store. Going to cashier (different person) he mentions he has our cheese sandwich ready 10m ago but the impossible sandwich that was confirmed and payed on the app they do not sell anymore. Confronting the girl at the counter we waited for nothing, she now simply says ‘I don’t serve sanwiches’ .

I work at a grocery store where there is a Starbucks in our parking lot, but I always cross town just to go to this location. They are so fast, friendly, professional, and they never forget my sriracha packet when I order a breakfast sandwich. Far superior to the Washburn Way location.

This was by far my worst experience. Not only did I get corrected for my pronunciation of the drink I ordered, but then when my order was repeated back to me it was wrong. Additionally at the drive through window it took nearly 10 minutes to get 1 drink.

Stop with the cups and merch already. Just sell on Amazon like everything else on the planet. Anyone who just wants coffee forget it, there’s no get in, order and get out. Just a lot of waiting for the people in front of you to ask about merch, ask are you sure or do you have any in the back can you check, then look at the menu like they’ve never ordered before.
