It took over 20 minutes for the barista to tell me that espresso machine was not working after I ordered. Then it took TWO people to make a strawberry refresher. Ridiculous.

The blonde young guy working this evening was super rude when I tried to order over 30 minutes before closing.
He was cleaning up, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited while he finished his task. After another minute or two I asked if they were closed? Not trying to be rude just felt dumb standing there that long, thought maybe they really were.
He snapped “ALMOST” at me and then mumbled something under his breath as he came up to the register… very obviously annoyed with me.
Then I saw they don’t close till 7?
I get being ready to go home at the end of the day but woah. That was uncalled for.
I’m not unfamiliar with having to stay after closing and clean up… but that was really angry for 30 min before close.
It wasn’t like I was trying to order 6 drinks at 6:55… I left without ordering anything.

Tho the person taking my order did not look like she wanted to be there, the barista making the drink was fantastic. She looked like a superstar getting all of the drink orders done, and might I say, to perfection. Thank you for all your hard work!

You would think that they could have made one more drink or told me ahead of time, but they filled my order gave me my food and one coffee and after waiting for 20 minutes told me they don’t know how long the espresso machine would be down. I thought they would at least fill the order they had before taking it apart! So, I got half of my cold order!

Went here with my sister who has some pretty complicated allergies so we had to stand in the back and check out as many ingredients lists as we could online, however that didn’t have all of them so we had to ask the workers if they had any lists as well. We were helped by Dylan who was incredible and I have never been happier with the customer service from Starbucks than when he helped us. It was an incredible experience and I definitely plan on going back.

2nd star because the person who made my drink actually tried and was super nice. She misunderstood the other gals handwriting that wrote the order on my cup and ended up making it 2x, without complaints. I didn’t even have to say anything. The gal that took my order was curt, argued with me about what I meant when I ordered, then told me she’d have to charge extra because I was getting less ingredients, and finally murmured not to be rude when I asked if that was a Safeway thing or new. I was genuinely asking, I wasn’t upset, but curious.

Poorly trained new hires. They aren’t following directions, listening to their customers, messed up my drink all week and refused to remake it. They were actually very unkind about it. Disappointing.

Went to get coffee at 7:30 am. The employee took the orders of two people in front of me and then when it was my turn to order she started yelling about how she is closed now because everyone called out. I don’t know what I did to make that lady so upset, but became unhinged and unprofessional. Yikes, girl. So embarrassing that she made a huge scene about it.

The staff here is so friendly! They know their regulars by name. They are always upbeat and prompt. When it’s slow they don’t mind keeping a conversation with you one bit. Amazing people and great food!
