—UPDATE: I wrote the review below whilst someone was on the way to this Starbucks for my order. Guess what happened? Completely wrong drink. Ordered a HOT CHOCOLATE… what I got was an ICED MOCHA ….? (See photo for my correct order label attached to a drink I clearly didn’t order.) As I said in the first review, not the first time, and it clearly isn’t the last. Ridiculous.—
They can be pretty slow here. Also somehow make the drinks wrong every other time I visit… They’ve also made me entirely wrong drinks, even when the label on the side said what I had ordered ? Strange. Sometimes I’m just craving a Starbucks drink and this is the closest one so I put up with it and hope I’ll get the drink I ordered… Really feel like the quality of training on the coast must be subpar

I work East coast hours and remote and rely on having nice spots to work on the road. The employees here are very sweet, they have nice music and the overall atmosphere is delightful! Grateful it’s here ☺️

Regardless if you’re a starbucks fan or not, it’s the staff that defines a business. This location is popular during the summertime, not just tourists but locals as well. But like I said, it’s the staff that makes this place special. I’ve gotten to know them bit by bit in ordering cold brew for my spouse. Always upbeat and offering new things to try. I’ve witnessed a grown man yelling over a beverage talking too long. Someone stepped up and handled it like a professional. Waiting patiently for a cold brew (3 stevia and coconut milk) comes easily when you have a kind and friendly group running things. Thank you for giving my spouse and me a positive place to visit and chill people to talk with.

Fast Friendly Service. There was a homeless person sleeping inside at one of the tables. No one bothered him but we were concerned he might fall over/off the table he was leaning over to sleep.

I really felt racially profiled at this location. Walked in sat down and wanted to set up my laptop and settled prior to ordering my order from my app. Then Jordan shift Supervisor didn’t even give me a minute before questioning me if I planned to order anything. I told her yes I will be using my app. I ordered the same drink I just ordered at another location earlier in the day. The quality, taste and presentation was garbage! Nowhere close to what I ordered from another location the same day. She rushed me to order something before I even was able to set all my stuff up to work but then poorly made my order. The taste was so off I threw it away. The 1st photo below was from earlier in the day at a totally different Starbucks and the 2bd photo was from this location. SMH!

Kelly is wonderful. Went here twice this week. The store is not the cleanest. There a guy, his backpack, staff and his dog that takes up the corner seating all day. Not like SB of days gone by.

Drinks were great, drive through was relatively quick for a Saturday morning. However, food was garbage and deconstructed, like it was just thrown into the bag and passed around. Have a little pride.
Update: After trying again, this time it was the wrong milk. Don’t come here with any expectations. Lowered to 1 star.
