One of the best places in Corvallis to work. It looks very nice after the renovation. The outdoor space is a little noisy and there are not enough canopy umbrella to sit in a rainy or sunny day. There are enough parking spots. If you like cold places to work in the summer it is nice cold cool weather inside.

While some employees are very kind and know how to make drinks well, I have found that many of them are very cold and act like they absolutely hate the job. They want you to order ASAP and rush you in the process making you feel like a burden while there. I’ve also ordered many drinks with regular ice or extra ice because it helps my drink stay cold (I don’t order lite ice!!!) everytime they seem to ignore the request and put in the smallest Amount of ice they can. The drink doesn’t ever touch the top of the lid which is very annoying and such an easy fix. This Starbucks is lazy. My photos show the “extra ice” or regular ice request but the drinks are clearly not full with ice.

Note: Looks like the existing Starbucks (near Burgerville) Google Business Profile got used for the new Starbucks location on 9th and Buchanan, so for clarity, this is for the new location.
Hoping this location is just still working out some kinks cause it wasn’t a great experience first time around. Drive thru employee seemed annoyed I was there, and while the fruit and cheese snack box wasn’t technically expired (expiration date was same day I ordered it), it wasn’t edible. Box had condensation in it, cheese slices were soggy, grapes were soggy, and the Brie was hard. Those boxes are a bit too expensive to have to toss everything except the crackers. I’ve gotten these several times from the location near Burgerville and I’ve never had that problem. Hope it gets worked out!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. The employees didn’t seem friendly at all and honestly acted like they hated their job. No one was helpful, and the overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service really makes a difference, and this location missed the mark.

Coffee is regular. Never remembered my order just the monicker welcome To. Spent two weeks having coffee every morning. Today can’t have my scooter in there I’m selling my scooter and I’m mad.

I love coming to this Starbucks, the staff is amazing and gets to know their customers. They will even remind me to drink water and eat food when I work long hours while I’m there.

This was a very pretty starbucks with ample seating. The service was a bit slow, but I was not in a hurry, so this didn’t affect me. Enjoyed my coffee and egg bites on the outside seating area.

The worst! We ordered two GRANDE drinks they decided since we have 6 and 7 shots it would be better in a Venti cup! We order the same drink downtown every day and they do it the way we ask and pay for! How are you going to tell me what I want? We don’t want a bunch of milk that’s why it’s in a GRANDE cup! $20 for two drinks you would think we get to decide? I call and complain and they offer to remake it tomorrow and that’s fine but want to know when we will be in? Now we’re on your time? I don’t think so! This is not the first issue we’ve had with this location and they always have some lame excuse. It’s simple read the ticket and follow instructions that the customer paid good money for and there will be no issues… It’s not that difficult.

Sat Feb 4th morning. About 7:50am.
I ordered a grande americano no cream or sugar I asked to put on a lite hazelnut syrup well they add $.80 I think that’s overpriced
But hen I want to grab my double smoke bacon I tough that was a !!!!! And I got no napkins jeeeeez!!!

40% of the time vanilla left out of London Fog tea. Asking for an extra pump resulted is zero vanilla. Yes, I know they have trainees but this seems to be a universal problem.
