I have ordered the same drink for years. Java chip frap with a extra shot. The last 5 times I been here they give me a white frap that tastes like milk. I tell them everytime it’s supposed to have coffee and a shot and it’s dark brown, they look at me like I’m stupid and put more chocalate in it and that’s it. Then it just tastes like chocalate milk. Now that I know that it will be like this everytime I will not be coming back. They need to train their employees better. Super disappointing….

Whit Unprofessional and Rude employee working at this Starbucks.
I order my favorite coffee when i notes she was writing down the wrong coffee, I told her What my order was then she throw the cup in the garbage and replay to me No you order a regular! OMG I just grabbed my coffee from other employee who was there who actually was nice and walk away.
That girl needs costumer service training to bad that i forget her name.
