Nothing like showing up for coffee before work and getting a lesson in politics instead of service. Store was refusing customers due to a strike with zero advance notice, and the windows were plastered with political slogans.

Nobody in line, four employees behind the counter. The employee who was supposed to be taking orders was on a lengthy phone call with a customer. I waited in line for over 5 min. Her conversation with me was socially awkward. She wanted to know what I was doing for fun and I had already ordered my Drink and walked to the side to wait for it. After waiting 5 min for my cup of reg brewed coffee, ” nobody in line again”. I asked the employee who took my order if she could grab my coffee for me. She said she was supposed to do a certain job there. She got my Drink and I finally left.

I come to this Starbucks to study occasionally, there is always seating and an outlet nearby. I like the music they play here too. The baristas are always upbeat and friendly, the bathrooms are clean, its never too crowded, and there’s ample parking outside. I have never had a drink made wrong here.

I ordered on the Starbucks App and when I arrived to pick up my order one of the drinks made out of two. I asked the barista and he was very kind and made my second drink. I get home to enjoy my $5 drink and it was terrible. The store was busy but the quality if the drink was mediocre.

I don’t usually rate corporate chains but in the case of this one I am in love with the staff. They are friendly and so helpful as this is always a stop on my way out to a friends working on renovating his home. So I’m making orders for folks and don’t have any idea what I’m really ordering 😛
They are patient and all smiles. Quick to whip up everything no matter if there’s a long line or not. And primarily I love the smiling face and warm heart of Heath and his staff. Big bear hugs to you all!

This Starbuck’s, located in the marketplace with Trader Joe’s, after a winter storm demolished the power grid. It was good to see that their store was up-in-running! Especially, for those who just couldn’t be off line?…lol Heat, great coffee, and tons of pep’s! Although, one negative point to the Starbucks franchise…plz go back to selling your bean’s and grinding them too. Oh, and for the pep’s that were buying “iced coffee drinks” when it was nearly sub-zero outside…Good grief Charlie Brown! TY
