It was a quiet Thursday morning at 10:45am. I just drove an hr with my 4, 2, and 4 month old. My 4 month old was crying for a bottle, but I only had my hot thermos, I left my cold water in the car(other side of the mall)It wasn’t busy so I asked the barista for 1oz of cold water to make her bottle. She said I had to purchase, to which I said I just got Starbucks on our drive here, please I just need 1 oz of cold water and she repeated again. I understand rules, but I firmly believe you can make an exception. It’s 5 days later and it’s still haunting me how terrible she treated me.

I always order my food ahead, it is super simple & quick! While yes sometimes I do have to wait longer to be able to get my food that is no fault to them as the line for this Starbucks gets crazy because it is the only Starbucks in the mall. My drinks always turn out exactly as I want them. & one time when I was waiting for my drink someone else took it on accident. The employees were super helpful in making me another one!

A Good Starbucks just once we ordered a light ice Frappuccino but they filled more than half of the cup. with ice still everyone is nice.

Their menu sign up above has inaccurate pricing, but they refused to honor it. They said the prices have gone up, but they haven’t changed the sign yet. I asked if they could honor their sign pricing this time and they said no. It’s a $0.50 difference, and frankly, for good service, I’d glady give them a $2 or $3 tip, but no amount of smiley faces really makes up for the fundamentals of not having your signs match what you charge. It’s just misleading and annoying. They offered me a a free ice water, which is nice of the employee, but management is at fault for this one, not the employees.

I had a fantastic experience at this particular location, mainly thanks to the exceptional employee, William, who was friendly and provided excellent service. However, it seems that this location is often understaffed, and the previous manager mentioned that employee hours were being cut due to cost-saving measures. This approach of not providing full-time hours and cutting corners is detrimental to both business and the overall reputation of Starbucks. Despite the excellent staff, wait times are already long, and I believe it’s important to stop compromising on quality and show appreciation for the employees. Doing so would not only benefit the bottom line of this location but also improve the overall customer experience.

Guess I am not the only one to rate a one. We were told 10-12 minutes. After 20 mins I was told there were more in line ahead of me. I had to leave. No drinks. You can have my $12.50 including tip. The whole group of baristas could have used an injection of espresso.
