I ordered a vegan falafel wrap and was sent a chicken wrap in falafel packaging. I had’t had meat in over 20 years and now I’m in severe pain after just one bite. Please take better care when your customers are ordering items that involve dietary restrictions. These wraps look the same and taste very similar. I called to ask about a refund but the person told me to go through DoorDash, and when I tried to ask how, he rudely said “No problem, thanks!” And hung up. Please do better.

Parking is a bit snug. There are extra slots in the parking lot next-door slated for Starbucks..
Nice people, great atmosphere, and the service is about the speed you would expect considering every drink is made fresh.
I love the view from the deck ! Sitting here, I could imagine I am on I 90 Stevens past going up to Snoqualmie ski area or anywhere else in the mountains. It’s really nice.

Quick and friendly service. The parking is a bit snug, but the staff made up for it with genuine greetings, quick service, and true care for my whole experience. The store was bright and clean. Will definitely be coming back! Shoutout to Jennifer and Luis for making my morning.

Starbucks need to pay their employees what they’re worth and get them back to work! I had to drive to 3 different locations to find one that was open. I guess they want me to start considering dutch bros, they do have plenty of drive thru’s

They took my name but didn’t bother calling it. The woman working there has a really nasty attitude. The other workers were nice. I was planning on comming every Tuesday but there are more hospitable environments to spend my money in.

You should only come here if you have 20 minutes to wait for all the mobile orders that get priority over the actual customers waiting in the store. One barista having to make all the drinks while another incompetent employee tried to figure out how to put a breakfast sandwich into a bag for 10 minutes then went into the back. Basically a last resort Starbucks at this point.

A barista rudely told me “we are not” supposed to wash out the cup when I presented mine then rudely reminded me to take my lid. then when I got my order it was the wrong size for the drink I ordered for my wife
I recognized the fellow because a couple of weeks ago he rudely told me “I already told you we don’t have your card” when I evidently made the mistake of asking on more than one time if they found my wife’s Starbucks card which I believe I had left at Skyline. There was a few days after I had first asked he chastised for asking again
While waiting I saw him giving orders to other servers
He perhaps is a supervisor
