I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but my hope is that some sort of change will be implemented if enough of these types of reviews are seen for this particular location.
For whatever reason the staff here always seems aggravated and unhappy to serve customers. This location is consistently closed during hours that they should be open.
As someone who creates regular business for this location through corporate meetings and bringing in customers, it is very challenging that they don’t stick to their stated schedule. I think there are likely some significant gaps in management here…
My hope is regional management will amend this.

Even on early, grumpy mornings, Justice and Maya at Starbucks never fail to brighten my day. Their warm smiles and sweet energy are unmatched. They always greet me with a smile, remember my name and usual drink, and make every visit feel personal and warm. Their kindness truly makes my day! ❤️

I usually like to keep my reviews tame, but this is the worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something, because I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks locations in many states. I was not expecting the taste; I recommend staying away from ordering any beverages.

Stopped here on our way to the airport. They were much busier than I expected, being a little out of the way this early in the morning. The staff seemed a little busy and distracted today, and with this being my first visit I don’t know if that’s normal. We had a small issue with using my stars to pay for a drink and another small issue with not getting vanilla in my wife’s drink. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but made me wonder how normal this might be for this shop. They have a few nice tables outside since there is no inside seating available. I also liked the sign and post-it notes for “what brings you joy?” that was in front of the counter.

Matcha was good, but barista could have diluted it more as the clump of matcha was at the bottom…. Or I could have stirred it with a stick but the stuff was nowhere to be found. Restrooms were also pin based. Parking was plenty, street and lot.

Usually Starbucks has a level of trust. This store won’t let you use the bathroom unless you buy first even though it’s clear we would have been a customer. I will avoid this store in the future. The experience isn’t what I am looking for.
